BEAUTIFUL MILL VALLEY HOME WITH MAJESTIC VIEWS FOR RENT
Lovely 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath property with great views located in sought-after Mill Valley. Our home is only ten minutes away from the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, Muir Beach, Muir Woods, the Panoramic Highway, Mount Tam (the birthplace of mountain biking) and the San Francisco Bay. We are approximately 20 minutes away from San Francisco and 45 minutes away from Stinson Beach ... and about an hour from Napa Valley/wine country. The home is extremely well kept and located in the quaint area of Tam Valley within Mill Valley.
We have plenty of living space and several decks with great views of the valley and a hot tub for relaxing soaks posts any of the nearby hiking, biking, wine tasting or surfing adventures. The living areas (living room, family room, dining room, and kitchen are upstairs and all four bedrooms are located downstairs. We have a workout facility in the garage that you would be welcome to use which includes a smith machine, a Precor, a stationary bike, a lat pulldown machine and miscellaneous free weights and dumbbells. We have a number of bikes and scooters that could be negotiated for use also (and a couple of surfboards).
We are looking to rent the home for at least a week at a time, ideally two weeks.
