Charming Mill Valley Craftsman!
This charming home flooded w/ natural light sits on a large terraced yard complete with outdoor barbecue and dining. Within minutes of the Golden Gate Bridge, Muir Woods, Sausalito and Muir Beach, this well equipped home is walking distance to grocery shopping and cute local restaurants. Start your morning in the nook or enjoy a cup of coffee on the large covered entry deck with views of Mt. Tam. Dinner can be prepared in the kitchen to eat in the dining room or al fresco under the stars.
Enjoy the 60" tv and board games in the cozy living room. The dining room or outside table is the perfect place to enjoy dinner. The front bedroom has an extremely comfy king-size bed with well-appointed linens and views of Mt. Tam. The back bedroom is private and has two single beds.
You may have a visitor in the form of local wild deer. Please do not feed them. They enjoy roaming through the neighborhood. Feel free to BBQ or enjoy the wood burning fire pit.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Remove all garbage & recycling from the house and place in appropriate bin past BBQ area. Marin County is strict about contents of each bin so please read labels carefully.
Turn off the thermostat in dining room before departure or put it at 50 degrees if you can't turn it off.
Ensure all windows are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
