Direct access to beach just steps from the front/back door. Pool was clean and just steps from back door. 2 outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. Very clean room, the kitchen was stocked with anything you works need to cook. Plenty of towels for the bathroom and beach/pool towels. We would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, and we loved being able to walk right out to the pool from our patio. The place was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved this VRBO!!! Location was fantastic. Everything was updated- looked exactly like the photos- clean and well appointed with necessities. Pool was very nice. Company was very responsive to any questions. Perfect for 2 people! Would definitely stay again next time we are on Anna Maria!

The place looks newly renovated and clean - really cute condo. The location is perfect, next to the pool, beach, shopping and dining. The management team is great - professional, excellent communication, and very helpful. The condo sleeps 4 - however, only 1 bed/bedroom the other is a pull-out sofa which wasn't the most comfortable. We ended up purchasing a blow up mattress to add to the pull-out sofa which was helpful and more comfortable for our son. Also, there is no washer/dryer - so if you are staying for an extended time and need to clean workout clothes or beach/bath towels - you will have to make a trip to the local laundromat. Good news is the local laundromat was clean and the staff there was super helpful (I made 2 trips during our stay) - but I would have loved to have a washer/dryer in the condo. Overall a great condo and would highly recommend it for a party of 2.

Stay was great other than the original refrigerator had broken down so they had to have a replacement brought in. The replacement was fine but the original refrigerator kept beeping every 5 minutes letting us know there was something wrong.

Perfect location

The pool was right outside our door and the beach was just a few feet away. Truly can’t beat the location!!! The apartment had everything you need and communication was easy via text for anything we needed such as towels. I will definitely come back and stay there again

Property was clean and convenient access to beach and restaurants. Blankets for the pull out couch would have been nice and maybe a comfy chair for sitting in the living room would have been a plus. We had 4 people so the couch was a tight squeeze in the evening. Overall great stay, would rebook in the future.

Awesome location steps from beach.

Perfect size and location for a stress free vacation. We ate most meals on our patio. We didn't have to pack a cooler because we were walking distace to our room. Beach was never crowded. Very peaceful area. Loved everything.

Great fall get-a-way

This was a perfect late September getaway for my husband & I. We had perfect weather, the beaches and restaurants were not crowded or busy all week long. The water was warm and location perfect. The condo was perfect for our needs. The pool was right outside our sliding glass doors and the beach just steps away. Couldn't be more perfect.

Perfect little getaway ON the beach!

This was such a great location! We could, and did, walk everywhere. Our unit was next to the pool so we could hear some activity outside. The unit needs a bit of TLC, but worked well for us.

Beautiful beach

Very nice, clean condo. Very convenient location. Overall we loved it but only suggestion would be to be more specific regarding trash disposal. Instructions were to remove trash before leaving but no direction on where to take it and there was no dumpster on site that we could find.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location. Right by the beach and there’s a pool right outside the Condo. The only ding is the coffee maker in the Condo seems like it has not been cleaned in a while. Sand all over it. Other than that, everything was great. Would totally be back.

Basic Beach Condo did the job.

Quiet area, older complex but comfortable, air conditioner was cold, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, kitchen had what we needed, pool was literally right out back door, older but very nice. Stayed last week of August and the weather was perfect. Island was least inhabited we have ever experienced. We brought our bikes and enjoyed long bike rides on the north end. Some construction going on at the complex but had minimal impact on our stay. We would stay again.

Clean, good for short stay

The property was clean. It is good for a short stay, as the kitchen is stocked with essentials (don’t plan on gourmet meals). We had wished there were more plastic cups (4) and more dishes (4), but I guess that was matched to occupancy level. The cottage was decorated, but cabinets needed to be refreshed. More seating in the family room could be accommodated and would’ve been nice.

The Worst experience we ever had - be careful with AMI managing your rental

We received a notice 48 hours prior to our departure that our reservation had been canceled without any reasonable explanation which gave us miminum chance to react. We were offered an unreasonable option that basically forced us to cancel our reservation. We had already paid air tickets and committed to other expensys and to not loose more money we had to rent another location and because of short notice, most of the properties were sold out and we ended up paying 1000 in another location not same standard, AMI is the company managing the rental and it became very clear that they are not reliable, with no back up plan that can protect the customers, other than provide the refund. In communication with them they considered the refund as a fair response to the incident... meaning, they have no understanding of what a vacation means and all the other costs associated...
