Welcome back, Ashlyn! We're happy to have you stay with us again. We appreciate you letting us know that the pullout bed still hasn't been fixed or replaced--we are working on getting that taken care of so when you return, it will be in great working order for you! Thank you for letting us know about the blankets--we're advising housekeeping about that because that shouldn't happen. That said, we very much do hope you come back for another stay with us.

Vanessa, we know you're disappointed about missing a night. Unfortunately, refunds aren't provided due to flight cancellations or issues with travel; this is one of the things that travel insurance typically covers, though. It's to each person's discretion to purchase the insurance and whether it's worth it. Again, we understand the disappointment on that forefront and are sorry that happened to you. We are glad that you found the place to be nice. We hope that your time while you were here was pleasant and beautiful.

Welcome back, Molly! We're already looking forward to you coming back next year! There's nothing like finding a beach rental that becomes your beach home-away-from-home! That makes us smile for sure!
