Fantastic apartment of 100 m2, situated on the main avenue of Armação de Pêra, overlooking one of the best beaches in the area.

With two very spacious bedrooms, it can accommodate 6 people or more (negotiating), two fully equipped bathrooms, a very large living room with dining area, kitchen with all existing appliances and a balcony on top from the beach ideal for a family dinner overlooking the sea.

The nearest beach is less than 30 meters from the apartment. Suitable for families with small children, where you can watch them on the beach through the balcony of your apartment.

Next to the apartment there is also a children's playground, a supermarket, a tour desk and several local shops.

The building has elevator and good access for people with reduced mobility, as well as parking space in the garage.
