I live in Reno NV and spend 2 months a year at the Condo. Phoenix is a wonderful place to visit and the activities available are endless. My daughter is a pediatric plastic surgeon at the Mayo and I come to Phoenix mostly to spend time with her
Why they chose this property
Located Across the street from the Biltmore Hotel in a Gated community with two tennis courts, two pools and sauna. Hike from the front door to Squaw Peek or Bike along the canal and then swim in the pool. More great restaurant's than I can list.
What makes this property unique
Located on the 12th fairway of the Links Course at the Biltmore Hotel. Location is very private and secure.
