Located in New Braunfels on Lake Dunlap, this is the perfect spot to relax after a day of nearby activities... The property offers nearby access to Lake Dunlap via public boat ramp and features a 20' pier for docking alongside as well. The huge green lawn perfect for BBQs or just relaxing...Bring your fishing gear! The grounds are landscaped and there are spots for outdoor cooking. Soaring Pecan, Oak and Cypress trees provide shade from the warm Texas sun! The house itself has a huge 400sf. deck.
