3 or 4 person studio at the foot of the slopes, Avoriaz resort!

Renovated, this studio is located on the 2nd floor of the Vivace building in the district of Ruches. Bright and modern in style, it is located 100 m from the heart of the resort.
At the foot of the slopes, close to shops, near the Children's Village or the ESI, this studio combines calm, well-being and functionality.
Composed of a separate toilet, a bathroom (shower, storage, wall radiator) and a main room, it is ideal for a family of three or four people.
It has a kitchen with ceramic hobs, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a teapot, and all the necessary kitchen.
In the main tiled room, there are two sofa beds, a table with four chairs (plus two folding), a large TV screen, Wifi, a storage cabinet, two radiators, and especially four large windows with view of the resort and sunset.
Pets and smoking not allowed.
Possible rental from Friday to Friday depending on the other occupants. All weeks of January are available at a price of 400 euros.
By the way, if you come with friends or family, possibility to rent the adjoining studio. Contact us.

Avoriaz weekend

This apartment is a great budget option for a ski weekend - it is right on the piste and you are right in the middle of an excellent ski area. Perfect for snow lovers! The owner answered all our questions very quickly and was very helpful, check in was really easy. There are a few things to note, which it would have been helpful to know in advance: 1. on arrival if you come up the cable car from Morzine, it is a 15 minute walk up a snow covered piste with your luggage - we later realised you can call snowmobiles to take you, but that would have been helpful to know in the instructions. 2. The apartment does not come with linens or towels- it is a 10-15 minute walk away to hire them and costs 40 euros for 2 people and you have to drop them off again at the end. 3. The owner does not have a cleaner and expects you to fully clean the apartment upon check out! This might be standard here - we had no idea - all other ski apartments have always had cleaners coming between guests, so there was a misunderstanding. 4. In a similar note - it is more like staying in someone's home than a modern holiday ski rental apartment, but it was a great price. 5. The description says 'queen bed' but it is a sofa bed. But it is easy to fold up and pretty comfortable. 6. You can't really cook inside as there are only two hobs, no surface space, and no oven, but there are lots of great restaurants and take-outs in Avoriaz for all budgets. You do need to book the restaurants in advance.

Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que j'ai trouvé

Fausses photos de studio. Fausses adresse on emplacement a site "ubicacion" de internet. Manque d'espace pour 4 pax. Il n'y a pas de chambre, juste un seule espace(salle a manger-salon-dormir sur deux canapé-lit, que lorsqu'ils son ouverts vous ne pourez pas vous asseoir à table ni passer a pie. Manque de espace de stockage(les biens de propietarine dans le placard, vestes, bottes de niege...) un altre placard verronillé. La quichet pur material du ski complet avec cinc pairs de skis du propietaire pas place pour le notre. Finalment résolu apres une trés desagreable conversation. WC: c'est un place de moins de 1m,2 avec deux chaises pliantes et un aspirateur, on diré un déborras trés sale. POSITIF: Bon chauflage. Il n'y a pas de mauvarses odeurs.

Studio les Ruches Avoriaz

Le studio est trĂšs Ă©loignĂ©s du parking couvert payant environ 500m. Vous pouvez stationner au parking extĂ©rieur gratuit mais vous vous Ă©loignĂ©s encore de 700m. Avec les bagages les arrivĂ©es et dĂ©parts sont assez laborieux. Je dĂ©conseille Ă©galement de louer Ă  plus de deux personnes, et personnes ĂągĂ©es. À l'arrivĂ©e bien prĂ©voir les indispensables car le studio est vide, cafĂ©, papier wc, sacs poubelles ect. Attention : Le propriĂ©taire doit rapidement faire une remise aux normes du tableau Ă©lectrique ! La critique est facile mais toujours constructrice.

Un peu difficile

Nous n'avons pas reçu l'information qu'il faut amener les draps et les serviettes de bain, alors on a eu rien et nous avons du prĂȘter dans un hĂŽtel. Le mot de passe pour le WLAN n'Ă©tait pas marquĂ© non plus, alors nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser. AprĂšs contacter le propriĂ©taire, il nous a rĂ©pondu seulement aprĂ©s 24 heures et dans une maniĂšre pas trop gentil. Si je loue un appartement, j'attends des informations precises et complets (ce n'est pas difficile de faire un email avec tous ce qu'il faut savoir).

Pascal est un hĂŽte charmant. TrĂšs disponible quant aux explications d’accĂšs Ă  la station et Ă  son appartement. Accueil trĂšs chaleureux lors de la remise des clĂ©s. L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, trĂšs fonctionnel, propre et dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t.
