Séjour agréable à la fois calme et "sportif"

Chouette location sur Dinard. Appartement très bien agencé et meublé dans un immeuble, voir résidence sécurisée. Bien équipé au niveau vaisselle et autre (ce n'est pas toujours le cas). Un plus pour la place de parking (cela n'est pas négligeable du tout) facilement accessible. Un accueil super par Mme MONNIER qui nous a donné plein de conseils de visites et autres. Une adresse à garder et à recommander sans aucun soucis.

Que dire ? que nous avons passé 3 semaines agréable dans ce superbe appartement ,tout le confort sur place il manquait rien , tres propre ,pas loin du centre ville ,garage appréciable ,residence tres calme , et je le recommande ce superbe appartement aux prochains locataires n hesitez pas .Un grand merci a Mr Wilmart et Alexandra.

tres bon sejour

j’ai passé un tres bon sejour de plusieurs semaines dans l’appartement. il est propre, bien entretenu, dans un immeuble récent (probablement une dizaine d’années ?), egalement bien entretenu. l’appartement est calme (il ne donne pas directement sur la rue), avec des rangements (un placard dans l’entree et une grande armoire dans la chambre), bien équipé (il y a un grand frigo, un plaque induction 3 feux, un grand lave vaisselle, un aspirateur, une machine a laver et un grand etendoir à linge. les personnes habitant l’immeuble et les immeubles voisins sont tres gentils. vous pouvez utiliser la boite aux lettres de l’appartement si vous avez besoin de recevoir du courrier durant votre sejour. le parking sous terrain est pratique si vous avez une voiture, et les allees sont assez large pour qu’un 4x4 de taille moyenne y circule aisément. l’appartement est situé a 10 minutes a pied du centre de dinard (vous y trouverez le marché, les halles avec de bons commerces de bouche, la rue levavasseur avec ses commerces variés ( vêtements, épiceries fines, cavistes, décoration…)), a 3 minutes a pied de la médiathèque (recente et pratique si vous avez besoin d’imprimer des documents). le propriétaire est reactif si vous avez des questions et est soucieux du confort de ses locataires. le check in et check out réalisé par Alexandra, qui gere l’appartement sur place, est fluide et rapide, elle est facilement joignable en cas de besoin et est egalement reactive si vous avez des questions.

SEJOUUR A DINARD

Un tres bel appartement, tres bien situe. Appartement tres propre avec de tres bons equipements. Residence calme et garage tres pratique. Seul bemol, lit dans la salle pas confortable et le fait d avoir un supplement en cas de depassement au niveau du chauffage.

Dormir dans le canapé-lit n'offre pas le même confort que le lit principal de la chambre, aussi vais-je voir ce qu'il est possible d'améliorer. Quant au supplément électricité, mis en place uniquement en période hivernale, le but est de limiter une éventuelle consommation excessive de locataires pour bien sûr préserver la planète. Ce point étant notifié dans le contrat, libre au locataire de l'accepter ou pas. Très cordialement

modern and very clean appartment in a good location

Lovely apparment just on the outskirts of town but within walking distance to all the attractions of reataurants, market, shops and beach of Dinard and St Enogat. Its small but well equipped and was perfect for us two. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back.
