Very comfortable condo in nice community.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. TVs in each bedroom as well as living room, plenty of seating at dining area table, fine kitchen, comfy beds and nice baths. They even put up a decorative Christmas tree for our Holiday visit!

Fall Baseball Tourney

Great location, comfortable place

This VRBO was perfect for my friend and I. It is close to the pool and the clubhouse. If you like to take walks, there is a trail just behind the complex. It was so comfortable. It's close to grocery stores and everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great condo in Glendale area

The condo is very clean and is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed in the master bedroom sleeps very comfortably. The pool is very welcoming on hot Phoenix days. The owners respond very quickly to any questions you have. I look forward to staying here again.

Comfortable, convenient, home away from home

We came to Glendale for our daughter’s white coat ceremony at Midwestern University. This home was perfect. It had everything we needed to relax and visit as well as feel as though we were on vacation. The pool and weight room were close and convenient. My husband, son, and I used daily. A grocery store, restaurants, and anything we needed was very close by so we wouldn’t have to travel far but enjoyed a road trip to Tombstone as well. Thank you Warren and April for a great visit. We definitely hope to come back maybe even before graduation :)

A Nice Place to Stay

This was my second time staying here in a little over a year. The property is clean, relatively quiet and conveniently located. The bed in the master bedroom is especially large and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Family visit

Very nicely remodeled and decorated. Pool area very nice and clean. Owners very willing and cooperative to make stay enjoyable. The only problem we encountered was the cigarette smoke from the patio below us rising up to our patio. It was very difficult to enjoy being outside. We understand that the property owners have no control over this whatsoever. Just mentioning it For awareness to prospective renters. The smoke does permeate into the unit so be aware to keep windows closed. If this issue could be alleviated we would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay but with a couple things to note

It was cute and spacious. Good internet if you need to work remotly. Kitchen supplies aren't good. The Teflon pans are very scratched up. I cut my finger trying to use the can opener. As did my sister in-law. There are no microwave safe plates. The water tastes like clay. Finally, at least that I remember, the knives were in desperate need of sharpening. It is a short walk to restaurants and frys grocery. So much is nearby.
