This unit 26 or 43 is perfect for snow birds, and all visitors a like. One Unit 26 has Vaulted ceiling throughout this 2 bed second level condo, one floor has all you need for living comfortable and 43 is on two levels. No Rentals less then 30 days. Master bedroom, kitchen, laundry and dining, and 2nd bedroom. Single garage right off the entrance. set of stirs gets you right into your living area. Master bedroom has a King bed, Walk in closet and bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, with 5 appliances, toaster and coffee maker. Flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Second bedroom, with queen bed, second bathroom. Make this your home away from home for a couple of weeks or more. Gated and beautifully maintained the Pyramids of Palm Valley is centrally located to all the ball parks for Spring Training. This community has a great heated pool with outdoor hot tub to relax in the evening and a gym to keep you fit.The double car garage provides easy parking and access to your unit. This unit has a code entry and uses a self check in and check out procedure.

We are a family of 3 with two little dogs Duke and Gizmo. We love to travel with our son down to Phoenix where his grandparents are snowbirds. We love the laid back lifestyle of Arizona and hope to spend many winters there one day.
Why they chose this property
This community is well located to all shopping and golf coarses, we are on the Palm Valley coarse which is a good coarse to play with kids and visitors, not too hard or expensive. We also like the Santa Fe style of this development and its always well maintained in every season. The pool is a social gathering point for other owners and visitors and a nice way to relax in the evening.
What makes this property unique
Close to all Spring training ball parks, Racetrack, Glendale Stadium, golf coarse and the WigWam Resort.
