This charming house is located along the beach of Trestraou and has exceptional views of the sea. It is close to shops, restaurants, a cinema, a surf club, sailing club and the ferry terminal and it is in a very quiet area.
The house is 89m2 with a large living room, it has 4 bedrooms and has two private gardens, one side street, the other side Wed
In addition to its charming home has all the comforts for a good holiday. The ground floor includes the living and dining area with sea view, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, WC. The lounge includes a TV and a WiFi internet access that covers the house. A Wii console is available with a few games.
On the first floor, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a bed 140 and 1 room with a bed 90), one with 1 washbasin.
On the second floor, 1 bedroom with a bed 120 and a bed 90.
In the basement, a washing machine, fridge and freezer, little more, a shower and a sink for beaches returns.
Finally, the house is very well placed for all holiday activities. It is 100m from the beach of Trestraou, all water activities can be practiced there. It is close to the coastal footpath that leads to the most beautiful villages in France, Ploumanach.
