Only 2 minutes from the beach, the golf course. Located in the centre of North Berwick.

Abbey View is an apartment on the second floor, freshly decorated, with tasteful furnishings. It is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Outside there is a lovely patio, table & BBQ. Space for bikes.

Wii, books, puzzles, and board games are provided.

After a walk on the beach enjoy morning coffee at the living room window watching the world go by, or curl up by the fire with a book.

Spacious apartment nestled among the rooftops of down town North Berwick. Sash & case window offer stunning views - to the front and rear - The Abby, beyond to the sea and to The Law 🏔 . Modern, clean & comfortable, equipped with everything you need for an escape to the beach. Perfectly located to explore the beauty of East Lothian. Elizabeth was extremely hospitable and the welcome basket was warmly received Hope to return one day ⛵️

We love the view of North Berwick from the Livingroom window. We chose this home as we liked the fact that it had 3 bedrooms, and so suits our family well for vacations. We also wanted to be close to everything right in the centre of town.
