Very clean, great communication with the owner. Short walk to downtown restaurants and very, very close to the bus stops which we used often and appreciated. Walked to golf courses a few times and it was manageable so that was also convenient. Hope to stay here again someday. Highly recommend this property for its location, cleanliness and great host communication.

Excellent place to stay in Gullane. Lovely walk down to the beautiful beach. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Comfortable property with surprisingly large back garden.

We've been to Gullane 30 times, over 40 years and without doubt this cottage was the cleanest we’ve stayed in. We hope to return. Isobel is very approachable and kind.

Middleshot / Gullane excellence!

Great small home ideal for coastal walks and golf. Walkable convenience to all needs in Gullane. Great owner/host. Our 3rd or 4th stay here and I think not to be our last!

Relaxing holiday

A lovely cottage in a quiet area. It has everything you need. An enclosed garden for the dogs. We liked the short walk to the beach. Gullane is a great place for a holiday.

Short break in Gullane

We had a great time at the cottage. It was well equipped, clean and in a great location very close to the beach and to the village amenities. We are a family of four and the cottage was the perfect size for us and very comfortable. We hope to return!

Wonderfull sunset

Our stay in this beautifull cottage was very pleasant. We enjoyed everything. The nicest thing was to go to the beach every evening and see the sunset. Even the wether was not allways nice, the sea was...!

Taylor Swift Trip

We booked the house due to the location on the coast and close to Edinburgh. My daughter and her dog joined us on the trip and enjoyed the walks on the beach which is only a five minute walk away. Gullane was great we used a couple of the local restaurant's which were great. The cottage is excellent and well located for days out and only 45 minutes from Edinburgh. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Ideal situation

Location was ideal for walking to corner shop, dog friendly cafe, restaurant and beach. Cottage its self was immaculately presented, well stocked and lovely big garden. I had unfortunate mishap whilst staying which resulted in damage to property, owner could not have been more kind and understanding , highly recommend

Sweet sea cottage

We had an amazing stay. The cottage is so thoughtfully organised, on every level. It's beautifully presented but practical; we wanted for nothing. Had a gorgeous time with my two boys, we know Gullane well but this felt like home, though far cleaner, more organised and I never wanted to leave 😊❤️

very well appointed cottage

This cottage had all the bits and pieces to cook with I have at home and lots of plates etc. it was easy to stay in, comfortable beds with nice towels and linen. It was walking distance to local food stores and restaurants, the beach, even golf. It had good central heating. There was a large lovely garden although the weather in late august was not conducive to enjoying it.

The property has a lovely garden, safeand secure for our dogs. Spacious and was well equipped for a long stay, ie washing machine and tumble dryer.
