This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished deluxe condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa bed.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

Family trip to Williamsburg

We had a great trip to Williamsburg and our stay was fantastic at this property! Clean, comfortable, nice appointed accommodations. Lots of activities for the kids. Lovely grounds. Friendly staff. The location was convenient to Busch Gardens and other area sights. Close to multiple eateries, grocery, pharmacy, gas, etc. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to visiting again!

A pretty nice place

It was a nice place, but smelled like very old cigarette smoke. Also they really try to push you around to listen to timeshare pitches when you check-in. I do like the resort, the pool etc and it’s a comfortable suite overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kingsgate. Close to all the sights and the condo was appointed very nicely. We had requested a ground floor unit d/t my husband’s disabilities and were pleased that it was honored. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our only regret was we were too busy touring to enjoy all the amenities offered! We would recommend staying here.

This was the 4th time my wife and I have stayed here. we like the closeness of Colonial Williamsburg and so many other attractions. We fill safe in this area along it being very clean. The one thing I did not enjoy was having to listen to the sales pitch in order to receive your room keys. Just give out the keys when you check in.

We were very impressed with the property. Staff was very helpful. Our rental was just as it was described. Clean, plenty of room and the beds were comfy.
