In the desirable seaside community of Belmar sits this immaculate 4 bed, 3 bath custom built, hurricane proof, home nestled on a fully landscaped lot & backyard for the ultimate in privacy. This magnificent residence is handicapped accessible with a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The eat-in kitchen will inspire your inner chef. The master bedroom suite is the perfect place to start your day sipping coffee on your very own balcony or relaxing in the tub at the end of a long day. Professionally designed inside and out. Recessed lights, hardwood floors, upgraded windows & much more. Finally, retreat to your private backyard & it's park-like setting for the ultimate in relaxation and entertainment. Built from scratch in 2010, you will not find a more well-built, stylish, and modern house on the Jersey Shore.

The house is 3 blocks from beach (< 10 min walk) with beach towels and chairs included. 4 beach passes provided as well. Furniture and amenities are all brand-new with free WiFi, washer & dryer, TV & cable, working Amazon Alexa, and AppleTV included. AppleTV includes access to HBOGo, Netflix, Starz, and ShowTime. Walking distance to everything in Belmar and Spring Lake. Basically, everything you can imagine needing for your time away at the Jersey Shore. The house is perfect for a group of couples or families looking to get away to the beach for an extended getaway. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms have Queen size beds and the Master bedroom has a King bed. All 3 bathrooms are full bathrooms (include a shower). A playground is also just a half block down. This is not a party house, please DO NOT rent with that intention.

Beautiful house in great location

We stayed here 2 weeks, and it was perfect for our family of 4 and MIL. It's conveniently located in quiet south Belmar. The kids went to the nearby playground and beach almost every day! We had some issues due to an electrical storm, but the owner and property manager were quick to get everything addressed. Great communication and very easy to work with!

When we arrived we thought we were in a new home, not a rental! This new Beach Home was tastefully decorated with extemely comfortable furniture. The home feels much larger than it is, with a welcoming flow. The home is extremely well equipped, from cooking utensils too new beach chairs and umbrella. The residence is perfectly situated being approximately 3 blocks from the beach and several food stops. Our only regret is that we didnt stay longer! Thanks Sean for being an awesome host with an immaculate home!

Great beach weekend!!! Beautiful house!!!

I was searching a long time for a house to rent for a quiet and fun beach weekend and after looking for several days with no results, I found this gem and I am so happy I did!! First of all, the owner Sean is very nice and accommodating. He answered all of my questions about the property quickly and efficiently and was easy to access via email and/or phone. He always made himself available to address any concerns I had prior to and during my stay at the house. Second, the house is BEAUTIFUL!! Everything is very clean and the entire house is very spacious. The house has 4 bedrooms with queen bed in three of them with a beautiful master bedroom which has a king bed. The couches are also very comfortable and spacious. The backyard is great space and has BBQ grill and chairs and tables to enjoy the summer weather. The house had everything we needed and in addition a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. Central A/C throughout the house made it sure that there wasn't a hot night while we were asleep. The thing that made the house even better was that it was a short 8 minute walk to the beach which was great! We came and went to the beach as we pleased and didn't have to worry about packing up our things and having to travel far. Our overall stay was the best and everything I hoped it would be. I completely recommend this house to anyone that is interested and dealing with the owner Sean will just make your experience even better. Thank you for the beautiful beach weekend Sean!
