La casa è in una posizione tranquilla e isolata, ma vicina ad una spiaggia libera facilmente raggiungibile a piedi I proprietari sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Un posto indimenticabile

La casa ha una collocazione ottima, facile da raggiungere, molto tranquilla e riservata. A due passi dal mare è l'ideale se ci si vuole rilassare ed essere fuori dal caos estivo. In pochi minuti si raggiunge facilmente Alghero. La casa ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, pulitissima e gli spazi esterni sono meravigliosi. Pietro è sua moglie sono gentilissimi. Due host discreti e disponibili. Noi torneremo sicuramente.

Un bel rientro in Sardegna

I proprietari (non lareal estate manager) sono persone deliziose che hanno rallegrato ancora di più il soggiorno. L'intera proprietà è tenuta veramente bene, ha un accesso diretto e breve al mare e permette une bellissima vista sullo splendido Golfo di Alghero. Raccomandabile.

Ottima soluzione per trascorrere una vacanza veramente a due passi dal mare. La casa dista 50mt dal mare, è vicinissima ad Alghero e a molte delle bellissime spiagge della zona. In totale tranquillità e rilassatezza

Un paradis

Nous étions 4 adultes. Nous avons passé un séjour de 16 nuits au paradis, tranquillité, crique à 150m un plaisir. La location impeccable et l'atout majeur , les 2 terrasses et la superficie du terrain. Les propriétaires adorables. Piękne miejsce, bardzo mili właściciele. Jedyne czego brakowało to klimatyzacja ( trafiliśmy na duże upały). Duży ogrodzony teren idealny dla dzieci. Blisko mała plaża- kamienista ale z fragmentami piasku. Dziękujemy za miłe wakacje!

Schöne Lage mit wunderbarem Garten. Zwei Terassen laden zum verweilen draussen ein. Liegt in der Verlängerung des Flughafens mit diskretem Fluglärm. Sehr Nahe am Strand. Die Innenräume sind etwas eng.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous y avons passé 15 jours en famille à 5, la maison est coquette mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et s'assurent que vous soyez bien installé et qu'il ne vous manque rien. L’extérieur est probablement l'atout majeur de cette maison avec ces 2 grandes terrasses , sa douche extérieur, son barbecue et son immense jardin magnifique, arboré de pin, palmiers et d'olivier. La maison est très calme et sans aucun vis à vis au cœur du parc régional de Porto Conté. La mer n'est seulement qu'a 150 mètres toutefois il ne s'agit pas d'une plage. Vous êtes à 2 pas de tous commerces, des plages alentours et de la cité de Alghero. C'est très accessible à pied et en vélo avec la piste cyclable toute proche. Il y a aussi des navettes de bus. L’aéroport tout proche ne cause aucun désagrément. Bref, nous avons adoré !

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Haus mit großem Grundstück in Toplage zum Meer

Wir haben einen sehr schönen 2 wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Vermieter sind wirklich ausgesprochen nett. Die Vermittlerin Frau Lopez hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Bei einem vor der Buchung nicht kommunizierten Wechsel der Bezahlung (die Hauptrate nicht mehr durch Überweisung sondern dann Bargeld vor Ort!) konnte oder wollte Sie nicht weiterhelfen und meldete sich nicht mehr...

Relaxation is possible with a toddler!

We have had a wonderful stay at the Villa Piras. We don't usually get round to writing reviews but thought we should do so this time to point out some of the features of the property that made it perfect for a family with a young toddler. Apologies to any other readers! The property is small and simple, but with everything we needed (incl washing machine) - and two large covered patio areas (ideal for shade, or sheltering from the odd shower). The kitchen has a large fridge freezer and proper cooker (with oven) and all the crockery and utensils that you might need. There is also a large bbq outside so you could self cater very easily. Or, as we did, mainly just have breakfasts at the villa and sample the fantastic (and very reasonably priced) local restaurants, picking up a few delicious takeaway pizzas from Il Paguro in Fertilia as well. We would thoroughly recommend Al Vecchio Moulino and Al Tuguri in Alghero, the former for wonderful (and very reasonable) pizzas and pastas and the latter for a treat meal. We also had a lovely meal at the Pergola restaurant on the road on the way to Alghero, which was ideal after a long day trip to Asinara as you can park right outside. Our daughter was welcomed everywhere we went, which made eating out a fun and relaxing experience for everyone. The villa is set in enormous grounds, which are enclosed and gated - meaning that we let our 2.5 year old run free(ish). There was even the odd moment that we both managed to read our books simultaneously...! Villa Alessandra is also in the grounds at a discreet distance, and the two would work well for an extended group as you could all squeeze round the dining table on the patio. The windows are all barred, so no concerns about escaping toddlers. We brought a portable door gate and bedside rail to minimise nocturnal disturbances... Shutters meant that our toddler lay in much longer than at home, and there are good fly screens for warmer weather. You can walk (through a locked gate) to a creek to paddle in the sea. There is also a lovely sandy beach just up the coast 5 minutes away in the car, which had a nice cafe restaurant at it. We have never visited Sardinia before and found it a great place to unwind. Locals suggested that we were rather unfortunate with the weather (most days not that warm, and a couple cold and wet - though a couple of gorgeous days too). However we enjoyed pottering around the local area, visiting the towns and eating - a lot!

Un petit coin au paradis

Cette maison est un petit coin de paradis, idéale pour qui recherche nature et tranquillité. L'intérieur est petit mais son principal atout est l'extérieur : 2 terrasses, un grand parc ombragé, à 2mn à pied d'une une petite plage. La maison est très proche du village de Fertillia (accès direct par la voie cyclable), avec tous les commerces et trattorias utiles pour le séjour. Le + : Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

A peaceful place with perfekt location!

We visited Villa Piras in september, 2 adults and 2 small children (4 and 1 years) and it was all we wished for! A place to live a simple and peaceful life in the countryside away from other tourists. But still having the perks of having the city of Alghero closeby, with restaurants and food markets. The description in the ad is very accurate. A two minute walk from the house through nice landscape takes you to the sea. An almost private (in september at least) little sandy beach among pebble and rock beaches. Small, but perfect for little kids. (But wear shoes in the water! ) The house and garden is very safe for kids. The owners are a really sweet and friendly couple who arranged crib and highchair for our baby, there were no problem that we arrived late at night and they made sure we had bottled water and a large bowl with grapes from the garden at arrival. They only speak italian, so bring a parlor! Contact with Maria (agent) was also good. There is one more house for rent in the garden, but it still feels very private. Located very close to the airport a few planes pass over the house, but we were not disturbed about that. 300m from the house there is an agritourismo farm, I can strongly recommend to eat there! We loved it in Sardinia and villa Piras!

Très belle location située à 200 m de la mer sur un superbe terrain arboré de pins, palmiers, oliviers..... Petit coin de paradis entretenu à merveille par les propriétaires qui sont très accueillant. La maison est sobre et très propre avec 2 chambres à coucher. Idéal pour des vacances reposantes où seul le bruit des grillons berce les moments de détente sur la terrasse. Douche extérieure très pratique. Accès en 3 mn à pied à une petite crique où l'eau est transparente. Accès à Fetilia à 1 km avec petits commerces de proximité. Ville d'Alghero située à 10 mn en voiture. Je vous conseille vivement cette location !
