Located in the beautiful countryside of Alghero, 3 km from the city center of Alghero, in Salondra area and 4 km from the sea and beautiful beaches; the apartment is at ground level, together with a smaller rental apartment, also part of the villa where the owners live, at first floor.
The property is surrounded by olive trees, a small orchard, grass lawns and a pool, becoming a relaxing place for your holidays.
The apartment has 2 queen size bed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining area. A veranda overlooks the grass lawn. Free private parking.

The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay (kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, espresso coffee machine, barbecue, cable flat-screen TV, hairdryer, iron, linen, towels, beach towels, air conditioning, free WiFi).
Use of the pool is shared with the owners (especially on Sundays) and with the other guests staying in the smaller apartment.

Fabulous stay in a great villa

Fantastic, spacious and very well equipped villa set amidst rolling hills just outside Alghero. We were a family of four with kids aged 7 and 10 and had a wonderful week, making full use of the pool and exploring the local beaches. Nicola was a kind and gracious host, always available to help. Highly recommended.

Alghero Country Stay

This was such a wonderful place to stay... Tucked in a beautiful countryside, within an Olive Grove, but just minutes outside of the City limits. Our Host, Nicola was incredible!!! Most excellent directions to accurately find our lodging, and he was so warm and inviting... lots of suggestions and recommendations that were spot on!! The pool and grounds were gorgeous!! Such a relaxing place for our vacation!

For our first trip to Sardinia, we found the perfect accommodation with Nicola: the spacious apartment, thoughtfully and fully equipped, left nothing to be desired and remained pleasantly cool even during hot weather. Surrounded only by the sounds of nature, it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy breakfast and dinner, unwind, read, play, and simply feel at home.A beautifully maintained, expansive property, a wonderful pool, and an especially relaxed, attentive, discreet, and generous host gave us an unforgettable and thoroughly relaxing holiday. We made use of many of his local tips — even if we didn’t quite make it all the way up to the Torre della Pegna .We are grateful and wish Nicola and his family all the best — and many more happy guests to come!

Honestly, we felt it needed some money spent on it.The bed and the sofas were very uncomfortable and even the sunbeds are feeling tired, and do not sit up enough to comfortably read and there were no comfortable chairs anywhere on the property, inside or out. Nicola was friendly and helpful. We had a great time, but would not stay there again. We felt in the way on a Sunday when we came back from the beach for some shade.

Thank you for your review. We're honestly surprised that none of these concerns were mentioned during your stay, especially since we live just upstairs and are always available to help. We would have gladly done our best to make your stay more comfortable. As for the sunbeds — of which there are nine — they naturally experience some wear and tear over the course of the summer. Each winter, we refurbish or replace them as needed. On that particular Sunday you referred to (which is the only day of the week when we also use the pool, being otherwise entirely for guests the other six days), we actually noticed that one of the sunbeds had been damaged. The previous Sunday it was in perfect condition. We chose not to say anything, as this kind of wear is normal — but we would really appreciate it if guests informed us when something is broken… unfortunately it doesn't always happen. That sunbed will, of course, be replaced for next season. We also feel it’s worth mentioning that Nikky and her husband were personally driven to the airport the day after their arrival to collect their rental car — on a working day for us — as a courtesy we were not obliged to offer. In addition, they stayed an extra night at the end of their holiday completely free of charge…and we believe that this was something very good to mention. We're glad to hear you had a great time overall and appreciate your kind words about Nicola.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und großzügig(viel Platz),großer abgeschlossener, ruhiger Garten mit Olivenbämen und Feigenbäumen.Der Pool traumhaft.
