About the host
Hosted by Bob Ross
Karen & I have lived in our historic property for more than 4 decades and are happy to share the atmosphere that we've created with you.
We run an international historic clothing and textile business from another building on our property. Since 2003, Karen has been the lead costume and textile appraiser for the PBS series "Antiques Roadshow" and has appeared in many other TV shows looking over important collections.

Why they chose this property
We bought it for the waterfall/swimming hole and spent the next 45 years learning about historic restoration. Our gardens and other plantings are varied and there are special plantings all over the grounds - many rare plants, bushes and trees.
What makes this property unique
Peaceful setting near to town, shopping & restaurants. The most amazing swimming hole in southern Vermont is 500 feet from the home.
