With unique ocean and golf course views, this three-bedroom, two-bath condo at Hali'i Kai in Waikoloa Beach Resort (10H) is perfect for your next getaway! Watch golfers pass by as you grill a meal on your patio, then eat inside or dine alfresco. Before the day's end, pull up a lanai chair and watch the gorgeous sunsets. This unit is updated with new tile and carpet, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, linens, a sectional sofa, and King and Queen mattresses. There is also a closet stocked with all that you need for a great time at the beach including chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and free WiFi. Here, you'll have all the comforts of a home with all the wonderful amenities of a vacation rental.

With exclusive access to the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort Pools, you can enjoy a daily six-person pool, lagoon, and waterslide pass and free parking at the Hilton Resort. The owners have also purchased a Gold Membership at Waikoloa Golf Club for you to enjoy significantly discounted rounds of golf ($90 per 18 holes) during your stay. The Waikoloa Golf Course has 3 separate 9-hole courses to mix and match your rounds of golf. Waikoloa Golf Discounts are available until 12/31/2026. Starting 1/1/2027, we will no longer have this special membership that offers the discounted golf pricing to guests.

You will be steps away from the Hali'i Kai Ocean Club Bar and Grill with a magnificent crystal clear saltwater pool with gentle waterfalls in a lagoon-like setting. It overlooks the ocean, and without a doubt, you will see humpback whales during the season (November to March). There is no better location to watch the most magnificent sunsets on the island. Adjacent to the pool is the open fitness center, featuring a panoramic view of the ocean.. This resort also offers a tennis and pickleball court, a putting green, and a half-court for basketball a quick walk from the condo. Should you want to venture out, Hawaii’s best beaches are within a short drive, including Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach. Numerous restaurants are also nearby including Lava Lava Beach Club (1.5 miles) which offers drinks and dining with your toes in the sand. Hāpuna Beach State Park is less than nine miles away.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note that a daily resort fee of $25 per day is to be paid upon check-in at the resort check-in desk.
The Hilton Pool program gives up to six (6) guests access to the Hilton resort pools and grounds each day of their stay along with free parking. There is a path along the ocean that people can walk to the Hilton if they choose to do that instead.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
