About this property

Charming Beach Home Away from Home! Just a short walk to our neighborhood beach!



Enjoy all the comforts of home in walking distance of the beach! As always, we use disinfectant cleaners and offer “contactless” check-in to make sure you stay safe as possible. We also have hi-speed WiFi for all who are distant learning and working from home.

Pets (certain dogs only) are considered (please ask for details), and we’re sure your furry family members will appreciate the private, fenced-in backyard and being able to accompany you to the beach, many restaurants, and coffee shops in walking distance of our home.

This 8th row beach home is only a mile from popular Coligny Plaza’s hotspots and the Tiki Hut (with oceanfront beach volleyball courts, daily live music, and regularly-scheduled opportunities to dance the night away on the sand, under the stars).

Other things to note: No need to worry about keeping up with keys here! Guests will be given an access code upon arrival for the security keypad on the door. Each bedroom and the family room has its own flat screen tv with hundreds of TV channels.

Many of our guests have found it convenient that our home (spread out all on ground level) is wheelchair accessible and has a walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms (i.e. no tub to step over).

Finally, you will also enjoy free WiFi throughout the home during your stay. There is also a new high-efficiency washer and dryer for your convenience. A blender is available for those who like to prepare blended drinks. Please check out all the other amenities also listed here, as well.

The house is well stocked with plenty of supplies and food. Great location for the beach. Nice to have beach chairs and the beach wagon to get things back and forth. We would certainly stay again. Adding some beach towels would be a huge plus!

Great family getaway

Catherine’s home was perfect for our family vacation and my son loved his special little children’s area. It was very close to the beach to make for an easy walk, especially with the provided beach wagon. It was an easy bike ride to Coligny and the park. I would recommend and we hope to back.
