Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo on the 10th floor. Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Fully furnished kitchen. Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes.
Master suite bathroom has an oversized walk in shower & double vanity. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity. Third bedroom has bunk beds twin over full. Living room has queen sleeper sofa /flat screen cable TV/DVD. Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. Complimentary WIFI

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Very clean apartment with a great view

I have to say that the apartment was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is very rare for me to say outside of my own home. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. Whenever I had a question prior to arriving, the manager got right back to me. They were very patient with me and I appreciated that.

View and location are incredible. Loved the included beach service, too. The property felt safe and was an easy drive to many great restaurants and activities.We didn't know the laundry room would only be accessible through one of the bedrooms, which wasn't ideal for our sleeping arrangements and running a load of laundry in the evening but we had a little one sleeping in that space. Also, the bedding was pretty worn out, but we visited at the end of summer so that may be part of the reason. Those two things weren't big issues but worth knowing about. There was a weird smell throughout our stay and the maintenance came promptly (twice!) to try to address it for us, which was very much appreciated.

winter Break 2021

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Destin. Our Condo was very nice, perhaps in need of a little updating , but was very comfortable, roomy and the view was amazing. There was plenty of dishes, cookware, towels and blankets. The beach was easily accessible and covered parking was very nice. All of the staff, that we encountered, were so friendly and helpful. When I needed to talk to the property manage, she responded very quickly. All in All, we would definitely stay here again.

Great property

Property was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Located within distance of everything and everywhere you’d want to go. There was plenty of space for everyone and room was clean and already equipped with all your necessities. Only hiccup was I paid extra for the room which was supposed to be ready at 1300 and unfortunately when I arrived they was still cleaning the room. Staff was friendly and said they wasn’t told by management and ask for an hour to finish things up so we had to make plans for something in the meantime. Other than that the experience was great I would consider revisiting.
