Charming Water Access Home in Beautiful Cummings Cove
Enjoy this comfortable three bedroom home just steps away from the beautiful waters of Lake Winnipesaukee. You'll have access to a small association beach where you can swim/kayak/canoe/float in the calm waters of Cummings Cove (ideal for children). You'll have access to two kayaks and a canoe. Our home also has an expansive yard for playing, grilling or sitting by the fire.
You can sit on our large 4 season porch and enjoy the view and a board game or cozy up in the living room and watch a movie. (High Speed Internet/2 Televisions/Bose Speaker included).
The kitchen has all new appliances and there is a charcoal grill for your BBQing pleasure.
There are three bedrooms (master: queen/ 2nd: twin over double bunk/ 3rd: double (with an additional twin fold out). All rooms have comfortable mattresses and fresh linens. There is a full bath with bath and beach towels included (also continuous hot water).

We own a lake front home just a couple of doors away. We leave the hustle and bustle of Washington DC for this beautiful place every summer. I personally have been coming to this spot for a little over 20 years now and my husband just over 50. We love our spot on the lake and spend the summers here with our children. We are new to VRBO, but have been entertaining family and friends in our how home for years and want to share the experience.
Why they chose this property
We bought this home to ensure our children would always have a place to come to on the Lake. We spend half the summer for the past couple of years in this home. They and we have made life long friends here swimming, skiing, sitting by the fire, sharing meals......
What makes this property unique
My husband and I love to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee in the early morning listening to the Loon calls from the lake.
