On arrival, you will be greeted by a breathtaking waterfront. Take a walk out to your half of the point and you will be amazed at your private lakefront. Sit out on the dock, patio or screen porch in the evening, watch fireworks, star-gaze and create family memories. The breeze from the lake or a dip in the crystal clear water keeps you cool!

Just so you know:

- The Town of Meredith is one of the top lake destinations offering great restaurants, taverns, shoppes, winery, yoga, spas and docking facilities.
- You are an hour or less from the White Mountains with hiking, fishing, the Cog Railway, historic Mount Washington and more.
- All around the lake you can find great activities including Castle In The Clouds, The Loon Center, Squam Lake Science Center, Mount Major the Town of Wolfeboro, Funspot, craft breweries and much, much more!

You can access almost all areas of the home as shown in the pictures.

- The third bedroom is an open loft with four single beds.
- You will need to provide your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. We will provide pillows and extra blankets.
- BBQ Grill and propane provided
- We allow ONE well behaved dog.Be respectful of your neighbors who are enjoying their summer just like you! The neighborhood is a peaceful, friendly place and we ask that you respect everyone's privacy. We will require a $500 security deposit with payment and refundable week after checkout.
