The apartment is spacious and sunny. It is newly and very well-equipped. There is a balcony and 40 square meter terrace. Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony. There is also a satellite TV and free wireless internet.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a detached house located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in wider city centre. The owner lives in the same building on different floor. You will have your own entracne, but please respect the owner and obey night queit time. Strictly NO PARTIES at the apartment.
The location provides a perfect place to relax (nearby park), however, thanks to the public transport accessibility you can be anywhere within few minutes. The direct tram line 11 to National museum or Wenceslas Square is 300m from the door. The bus-stop to the city centre, central bus station, gym, tennis court or other parts of the city is only 90m from the door. There is also a grocery store 300m, 24/7 shop 700m.
Parking is free on the street right in front of the house.

Great stay in Prague!

My wife and I enjoyed a week at this terrific property. Radek provided excellent pre-arrival coordination. Upon arrival, his wife gave us a comprehensive review of the 2-bedroom apartment, to include how to operate the 5kg-capable washing machine. The apartment is a short 12-minutes walk to a very large supermarket. We cooked four dinners at the apartment as it has everything needed to do so. King bed very comfy. Large closets/storage im both bedrooms. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. Having a garage for our leased SUV was awesome. Beautiful terrace! Radek helped us buy train tickets to Brno and offered excellent nearby restaurant recommendations - exemplary hospitality! We would certainly stay here again!

Excellent stay

Firstly I must say that Radek is an awesome host. He took his time to explain various things to us upon arrival including the public transport system and suggestions as to where to go for fun. He was always available for questions that we had. The property itself is located in a quiet, great neighborhood with close access to the supermarket, trams, and train. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, with all the amenities listed. I would certainly recommend this stay to all and I hope to return soon. Thanks Radek!

Unkomplizierte Vermieter, große und geräumige Ferienwohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt nicht mitten im Zentrum, was uns aber vorab klar war und kein Problem darstellte. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, modern eingerichtet und es findet sich eigentlich alles, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Der eine oder andere Schrank in der Küche hätte etwas sauberer sein können, aber das Bad war sauber und aufgeräumt, die Schlaf- und das Esszimmer ebenfalls. Die Terrasse ist schön und riesig. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.

Tolle Ausgangslage für eine Familie in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Sehr netter Vermieter. Große Terrasse zum erholen. Vom nahe gelegenen Kaufland aus kommt man mit der Tram 14 in nur 20 Minuten ins Zentrum. Tickets kann man direkt in der Tram mit Kreditkarte kontaktlos kaufen.

Ruim appartement met super mooi terras

Het appartement is groot, schoon en modern ingericht. Het heeft een geweldig terras. Er is een afwasmachine, luxe koffieapparaat en wasmachine. Het enige dat ik miste was een waterkoker. Het appartement ligt op een heuvel in een rustige buurt. Bij de supermarkt Kaufland (onder aan de heuvel) kun je op de tram naar het centrum van Praag stappen (nummer 11). Met iets van 15 minuten ben je dan bij Muzeum. De host is super vriendelijk en woont onder het appartement. In zijn garage kun je fietsen stallen.

Mein Partner und ich waren für eine Woche in Prag und haben den Aufenthalt in dem appartement sehr genossen eine tolle Ferienwohnung und ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Vermietern die Wohnung fanden wir lag in einer tollen ruhigen Lage und die Verbindungen in die stadt waren super eine ei Kaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke und viele karten und Tipps was man sehen kann lagen auch bereit. Handtücher und Geschirrtücher lagen auch zur Verfügung. Rundum eine tolle Wohnung die nur zu empfehlen ist.

Schöne Wohnung in günstiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön an einem kleinen Berg gelegen und aus zwei der drei Zimmer hat man einen schönen Blick auf Prag. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in der City und gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen großen Supermarkt für alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter wohnt im EG und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung selber ist im 1. Stock des Hauses, ist modern eingerichtet, verfügt über eine riesige Terrasse und ist sehr gepflegt. This property was very accurate to how described by owner. we were very pleased and would highly recommend this place. the owner speaks fluent english and was very accommodating to our needs. he was able to even provide airport pickup service for a modest rate. Our stay in Prague would not have been the same without Radek's (owner) suggestions for points of interest not only in Prague but in countryside. this was our first time trying a vacation rental by owner and based on our experience at this property, we will definitely do it again! and should we ever return to Prague, we would stay here again!!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Kommunikation mit den Mietern war sehr einfach. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Das Wohnhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, aber nur 7 Minuten Laufweg von der nächsten Haltestelle entfernt, mit der man ungefähr 20 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt fährt. (Allerdings muss man vorher schauen, wo man sich die Tickets kauft, weil man an den Automaten bei den Haltestellen nur mit Münzgeld zahlen kann.) Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. :)

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Terrasse rundet das Ganze ab. Es ist alles für eine einen schönen Aufenthalt da.In der Nähe liegt eine Haltestelle und ein großes Lebensmittelgeschäft. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sprechen gut Englisch und gaben uns viele gute Tipps.Alles in allem hervorragend, vielen lieben Dank.

Perfekter Kurztrip

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Für eine junge Familie mit kleinen Kindern bestens geeignet. 10 min. bis zur nächsten S-Bahn und dann nochmal 20 min. bis zum Wenzelsplatz. Immer wieder gerne ;)

Apartment is very big, clean and very convenient for getting into the city centre. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and is close to a large supermarket so meals in are no problem if on a budget. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Erholsamer Stadturlaub

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sehr großzügig geschnitten, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Unschlagbar ist die riesengroße Terrasse. Die Nähe zur Tramstation (ca. 10min. zu Fuß) und zum Supermarkt sind ein großer Vorteil. Den einzigen Kritikpunkt den wir haben ist die Sauberkeit von Küche und Bad und die etwas dürftige Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien (z.B. kein Nudelsieb vorhanden). Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie wohnen im selben Haus in der unteren Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Pragurlaub in dieser Wohnung verbringen!

Très bel appartement, spacieux et décoré simplement mais avec goût. Lits confortables (mais les canapés du séjour, utilisés comme lits, le seraient beaucoup moins). Grande terrasse très agréable l'été. Transports en commun (bus et tram) sont tout proches et vous conduisent en max. 30 mn en plein centre voire au château. Grande surface Kaufland à 10 mn à pied. Vraiment rien à redire!
