Come relax in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom family-friendly home located in a quiet, desired Hither Hills section of Montauk. Three-quarters of a mile from the private beach with use of a parking tag and key to access beach-side parking.
This home has an inviting fireplace, new furniture and appliances, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.
The second floor living area has sliding glass doors to a beautiful large deck with a Blackstone Grill and outdoor dining.

The house was perfect. Very clean. All amenities. They even had some spices that I needed when I cooked. I would highly recommend this property. A lovely quiet neighborhood very close to the ocean.

A quick getaway to Montauk.

Nestled in a quiet community, this home is absolutely perfect. just close enough to town that everything is very convenient, but far enough away that there's no traffic or crowds to navigate. A clean, well equipped home with comfortable beds!

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this nice house in Montauk with my wife and family including our two young grandchildren. We found the house to be a great place to stay for a nice time in Montauk. The house was clean and roomy. It has a large living room and dining room which is great for the family to hang out on. The bedrooms are on the first floor with steps going upstairs to the kitchen, dining room and living room. The steps could be an issue with toddlers so make sure you bring a gate. Our little guy who is 18 months old had no problem with the steps! The house has a nice deck. We enjoyed out four nights!

Great location, dishonesty in the process

The house is nice: fantastic location (with easy access to the beach), 3 bedrooms, a nice terrace with a barbecue... The owners showed a lot of flexibility on the check-in/check-out process, which we appreciated a lot. However, we had a very unpleasant (and even dishonest) experience with the cleaning service: 1) The house was not sparkling clean when we arrived (we even found hair in the bathtub), which was not a big deal for us originally 2) After leaving, we were falsely accused of breaking the rental agreement, as the cleaning service allegedly found dog hair in the house: we don't have dogs, and we never brought any dog in the house. The cleaning service also accused us of not taking our recyclable trash out and of pouring wine in the fridge: all of this is wrong! Cleaning service asked the owner to pay the amount of our deposit for this, so this costs us our deposit when we did not do anything wrong. We are very disappointed as everything was going great for us until this very unpleasant (and costly) experience.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this house! The location is amazing (convenience to the beach and town), the house immaculate and well stocked, the beds extremely comfortable and the owners were extremely gracious and communicative.

Magical Montauk!

Perfect week away

The house was perfect. The 5 of us had plenty of room. The location was an easy drive to the beach and an easy 10 minute walk down hill. Close to towns of Montauk and Amagansette. Kitchen was fully stocked and the grill worked perfectly. We would return for a very reasonably priced Montauk vacation. The hosts were easy to work with and I would recommend this house freely.
