Nestled between Culloden Shores and Montauk Harbor in the desirable Soundview Estates area, you'll be close to everything you desire. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, or would rather get-up-and-go, this perfect hideaway is the vacation destination for you.

After a fun-filled day, gaze upon incredible Sunsets from our back sun deck as you take in the beautiful panoramic views of the Long Island Sound. You can lay back, lounge, dine, fire up the charcoal barbecues, or sit by one of the fire pits, day and night.

This child-friendly vacation condo features a kitchenette and full bath. With 1 queen bed and a pull-out queen sofa-bed in a separate room.
The condo can sleep 4 adults.

A sliding glass door opens onto a private deck that is just steps from the heated, 20 foot by 40 foot, guest-only pool. The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio with lounge chairs and tables.

Montauk Harbor is just a short stroll away. Montauk is known as the “Fishing Capital of the World”. Sun N' Sound is a few minutes walk from fishing boats, fine dining, local seafood, shopping and outdoor concerts. We are also located a short drive from the village ("The Circle") of Montauk.

Easy walking distance to the Beach on the Sound, Montauk Harbor, Gosman's Dock / Pier & Shoppes, boutiques, restaurants, bike rental shop, charter boats,
Quick Mart Deli, Tony's Market, Kenny’s Castaways and Sundae Fundae…. And so much more.

There's also a skate park, 2 baseball fields, a soccer field, Montauk Downs, mini golf, and more nearby.

Visit the famed Montauk Lighthouse, or ferry over to historic Block Island, or maybe just take in the sights in town.... then return to the condo to enjoy the comfort, privacy, and relaxation you deserve.

The condo will be "ready to go" for your arrival... including linens, bath towels, kitchenware, cookware, utensils, etc.
For longer stays, full and/or partial maid service, if needed, is available for an additional fee. Arrangements can be made by guests in the business office on site.

** July and August Reservations are 7 day rentals only. (Check in/out on Sunday)
**Summer Holiday weekends (Memorial Day / 4th of July /Labor Day)
require a 3 or 4 night stay. (check the calendar)
**2 Night stays are available during May / June / September / October.
