Wonderful house walking distance from the beach

We had a lovely girls’ trip and staying at this property was icing on the cake! Alia was super helpful and responsive leading up to the trip. The house was very well supplied (all the cooking, dining, linen, and laundry needs you could hope for) and impeccably maintained. The house is just shy of 1 mile away from the beach/boardwalk. A very pleasant walk through some quiet Rehoboth neighborhoods. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a beach getaway!

Overall, everything was wonderful for our stay. Walking distance to The Avenue/beach and Rise Up made for 2 perfect days. It must be a popular spot because the carpet shows a lot of traffic and dirt. Same with the walls and baseboards. But the kitchen, bathrooms and linens were clean and appreciated. Kitchen is well equipped but could use new pots and pans without chipped teflon. Would stay again in colder months. We liked the beachy decor and outdoor fire pit.

This rental was perfect for our needs on Thanksgiving weekend. Location was perfect for festivities in downtown Rehoboth. Inside was well maintained and beautiful with beachy motif. Loss of a star as we did not receive check-in (or check out) instructions prior to our arrival, and were stuck waiting for a response from Vrbo/host after a long drive. That said, once aware of our situation, the host reached out and provided a code to unlock the door. Despite the challenge at the start, an overall great spot. Would recommend for a weekend getaway!

We (family of 6) had a great time with our kiddos at the property; the outside space was my favorite place to relax after a long day on the beach and boards! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/spices and everything was in working order.

Great place

Super clean and comfortable, that doesn't mean lived in, rental. Many conveniences provided and it made our last minute 3 night stay very easy.

Pleasant winter getaway at Reheboth Beach

We had a delightful and relaxing time at this Reheboth Beach property! The unit is conveniently located. Reheboth Avenue, with all the shops and restaurants, is a short walk away. And the Reheboth Beach boardwalk is less than a mile away. We also availed of the many walking trails in Cape Henlopen State Park, which is a short drive away. The unit is well equipped. As we are currently practicing social distancing, we cooked at home mainly, supplemented by takeout from local restaurants. Having a TV in every room was also very useful! There is an on-site coordinator who lives in the same complex, and who is very friendly and responsive if you need something. There was a little bit of confusion with the unit number on the reservation, as someone had already checked into the unit that was on our reservation, but this was quickly resolved by the onsite coordinator. It would also be good to know that the unit has only one full bathroom and one half bathroom. While this worked out ok for us, it will just help people with planning. All in all, we had a very pleasant time!

Thanks for the reviews. My listing does indicate I have 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom inside and a outdoor shower located out in patio for warmer stays.

Supper vacation

The unit was awesome very clean. I would recommend it 100 percent. The manager was very helpful over all amazing!!!!!!
