Looking for a private getaway? Absolutely stunning, private home with close proximity to downtown Venice, restaurants and beaches. This 3BR/2BA, 1750 sq. ft. home has everything you need for an extended stay. The spacious living room has a 55" HDTV; WIFI & cable, and the gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked. Beautiful master bedroom w/ king size bed, walk-in closet and on-suite master bath. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds.
Outside you'll find a screened lanai with outdoor kitchen and a perfect-sized, private, heated pool. Palm trees and lush tropical vegetation surround the pool area for ultimate privacy. Need a break from the sun? Enjoy the retractable awning for afternoon shade by the pool. Enjoy walking around the quiet, paved neighborhood trails or head to the beach (only 3 miles away). Restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations are less than a mile away.
The home is located in a private, deeded HOA away from the hustle & bustle but still close to Wellen Park and all that Venice has to offer!

My wife and I fell in love with Venice several years ago on a family vacation. We knew we wanted to someday call Venice home and decided to purchase this home in 2018. Each time we visit, it gets harder and harder to leave.
Why they chose this property
We were initially looking for a home in a gated community, however upon doing some research we found that Venice is ranked as one of the safest cities in all of FL. After speaking with the HOA and several neighbors, we felt more than confident our home would always be closely monitored - even when we're not there.
