Things to Note:

• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.

• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

- Paradise awaits you as you marvel at the stunning views from this private 2100+ sq. ft. villa!
 - A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. They will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or shop for groceries (extra charge for shopping and groceries) 
 - For your outdoor enjoyment a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area complete with a gas grill and wet bar. 
 Villa La Estancia's 5-star resort is located on Medano Beach, the most renowned oceanfront, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. 
This beautiful villa includes a fully equipped contemporary kitchen! There is a breakfast bar, a large dining table, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and pantry. A washer/dryer are conveniently located and concealed off the kitchen area. 
There are flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping area for two, with a full bath off the living room.
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, an entertainment center and a full bath.
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

Condo is well set up, clean and in a good location. Communication is prompt and when we had a couple of minor issues, someone came immediately to sort it out. We went just after the Christmas rush and it was very relaxing. Nice to be able to have access to restaurants in the other 2 properties as well.

This property checked all the boxes. Beautiful view, very comfortable firm beds, choice of food options and wonderful employees. We ate at La Casona and La Parrilla grill. We took advantage of the spa for a facial and massage. The facility is top notch!

Beautiful Villa with Good View of The Sea of Cortez

We’ve stayed at La Estancia many times and are never disappointed with the accommodations, food/drink, and exceptional service. Villa 2506 had good views of The Sea of Cortez, and was very clean and well stocked. Jane and Ashley did a nice job in helping us secure alternate accommodations when our original reservations fell through, and would definitely book through them again.

Excellent place to enjoy the beauty of Cabo!

This property was perfect! The living spaces were beautiful, well-appointed and impeccably clean! The grounds were equally as nice. It was great at a VRBO to have the ability to have room service, onsite restaurants and a spa available. Our personal concierge, Joel, was excellent and assisted us whenever we had a question or assistance. The view from our rental was amazing! We would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to visiting again soon!

Great place!

Perfect location to be away from the crazy spring break area downtown. Walked to beach and took short taxi rides sometimes to downtown. We all loved our time here! Thank you to Joel and Ashley for all their help making our transportation arrangements and restaurant and excursion reservations. Joel even picked up a birthday cake for our daughter and delivered it to us!! We will stay here again if we come back to Cabo!!

Jane and Ashley where amazing! They answered every question we had and made us feel super comfortable moving forward. They arranged for us to get picked up and dropped off from the airport, which was awesome because you get bombarded from taxi people and driving agencies at the airport. My family and myself loved the villa. Great views to the beach and the pool. Will definitely be going back again!

Amazing experience

Amazing property. The staff were great and really friendly. The weather was amazing for the duration of the trip. Really satisfied with condo and all of the appliances that were available. It was nice to cook dinner a few nights and have dinner on the balcony overlooking the beach. Would be nice if there was a little bit more cookware available. Couldn’t use the oven because we didn’t have a cooking sheet to place food in the oven with. But overall we had an amazing stay. Will definitely go again and would recommend it to anyone.

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share.
- All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.
- Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.
- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.
- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.
- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.
- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 
- There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.
- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  
- Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.
- Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.
- Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas.
