Serene country oasis mins drive to Downtown Boulder in a tranquil setting. House is on a private half acre with a private natural pond (seasonally). Relax to the sounds of nature. This property gives you the country feel and amenities of being in town. Sit out back and hear the frogs croaking, perhaps see an owl or maybe even see an eagle. Enjoy beautiful sunrises while sipping your morning coffee or tea. This tranquil oasis will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Primary suite has a king bed and an attached study or sitting room with flatiron views and amazing sunsets. Spectacular views out front and back.
Room 2 has a queen bed.
Pet approval, fee and addendum required for dogs. Sorry no cats due to allergy.
The living room has amazing sunrises almost every morning.

The Perfect Spot

Me and a few classmates stayed here for just about a week and we could not have hoped for a better experience. There was plenty of parking. The neighbors were friendly. The house itself was clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable, and the showers BEAUTIFUL. There were plenty of towels. The property itself is SO beautiful. Brandi, the host, was so kind in answering all my questions, and was also swift with answers! We are planning on coming back next year!

CU 2023 Graduation

Location close to town but feels far away Enjoyed the farmhouse feel with all the amenities. Pups had a ball in the big back yard. Would stay again

Very comfortable

The house met our needs perfectly. Lots of room to relax, well stocked kitchen and fabulous shower in main bath. We were here to visit our student at CU and hike in RMNP. The location was great for all adventures. Easy drive to Boulder and we found great restaurants in Loiusville (just 2 miles away).

Perfect place to stay when visiting Boulder

We needed a place to start that could accommodate us and our two dogs. The house was wonderful and quiet at night. The yard was perfect to walk the dogs in, and the location to Boulder was ideal.

Perfect home away from home

We are so grateful to have found this property, where we stayed for almost 6 weeks while our house was getting repaired from fire damage. It was a perfect house, much more spacious than we expected. The two bedrooms are both good sized, the office has a fantastic mountain view, there are two separate seating areas, and our dog loved the big yard. Huge thank you to Brandi for working with us on our multiple extensions.

Great locale and house overall!

House was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. 10 min from downtown or Louisville, both lots of retail and restaurants. Take your pup to Twin Lakes Dog trail or Dry creek for great off leash walks! Only downside, no cable so I couldn’t watch college football on tv.

Peaceful setting close to everything in Boulder

Brandi had everything clean and well appointed for our stay, and the location was perfect as a base for a nice week in Boulder. Our dog loved the fenced back yard, and we discovered a fabulous off leash dog park with a lake (Twin Lakes) that was 15 minutes from the house. We would happily return!

SUPER PLACE TO UNWIND, RELAX

We previously lived in this area and were so glad we could find a place in the country to return after busy days of business and/or personal activity. The location is terrific making for easy trips to Denver, Boulder, Longmont or the mountains. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked. There are many windows making it bright and cheery. Our dog loved the yard. When we had guests, they couldn't believe that such a nice place was available for short term stays. And, Brandi promptly responded to any inquiry we had. One can't go wrong renting this property!

Great location for a relaxed stay

My husband and I stayed with our little poodle. We were in a Boulder to visit friends. We loved that the house is in a rural setting, but very close to everything, including several golf courses. Quite relaxing.

Wonderful Stay

We were very pleased with this rental. The view of the mountains from the master bedroom are breathtaking. Enjoyed watching all the little wildlife from the patio window in the morning while having my coffee. The house was perfect and we could not ask for a better place to stay

Attentive and dog friendly

Arrived and found an area of the fence had fallen, contacted Brandi and she got it fixed ASAP. Also had a dog ($150 pet fee) who loved the yard, lots of frogs, bunnies, birds, and ducks on the property. We wiped down everything when we entered the house (covid precautions) and found that some handles and counters were really dirty. The floor was also dirty, even though none of us had walked on the floor with shoes. Cleanliness could improve, but otherwise a great stay.

Quiet, Comfortable and Convenient

2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living areas and a great kitchen. This home has up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms, with everything you need. The views are outstanding and the furnishings are very comfortable. Close to restaurants, CU and hiking trails.

What a Wonderful Stay

From start to finish we were beyond impressed with this rental!!! The owner was easy to reach and extremely helpful with suggestions and very responsive! The property was beautiful and we felt at home in the house! Plenty of room for our two adult boys and dogs!! Anything we could have needed was available, from kitchen appliances and utensils, to living areas and bedrooms and everything in between! Plenty of space to park and 5 minutes to Boulder! The backyard was huge, fenced and gorgeous. Every room was homey and comfortable! I would highly recommend this property and am so grateful we were lucky enough to stay here! We will definitely be coming back!!! Thanks to the owners for their thoughtful stocking of the house and such a great experience!!

Great for a family getaway

The house is spacious with an open floor plan feel. Two large bedrooms and two baths were plenty for myself and two children. The dog and kids loved the large fenced yard. Very nice kitchen with utensils and supplies. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

I love the relaxing environment here. I love watching the sunrise from the east while enjoying my morning coffee. In winter you feel like your in your own little winter wonderland and in summer trails are just a few miles away. This house is situated on a quiet road just moments from town.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Well, you are not walking to Pearl Street from here but you can hop in the car and be there in a few minutes or easily access Hwy 36 to head to Denver. Hiking trails are just moments away. All the amenities of town but with the privacy.
