Hi Stacy. Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at my little house and found everything to your liking. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback. You are welcome back anytime.
A cozy house in a great location - very walkable neighborhood. Mountain view from the upstairs balcony, a covered porch and a secluded back yard. Loved it!
The house was fabulous as is the neighborhood and my host. She was very accommodating to my specific needs/situation. I would highly recommend staying here.
We had a wonderful stay with Susan - the front porch was amazing with a direct view of the flatirons and the backyard was cozy too. Loved all the coffee and snacks.
We walked everywhere and our cats loved it too
Nice little home. stayed with my husband and my dog. Nice area, cute house, and it’s nice to know it’s someone’s actual home, not just a short term rental

Susan's home is a rare find. Just minutes from the Pearl Street Mall area and close to the CU campus you couldn't ask for a better location.
The house itself is idyllic with true character. Susan was a gracious host and we hope to find ourselves back at the Bluff Mansion.
We had a great stay at Susan's place for a week. The house was very clean and matched the description. The location was very convenient to walk to the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street. Multiple grocery stores (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Safeway, etc.) were a short drive away. We also found the location convenient to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. Susan always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
We were in Boulder for our dog's cancer treatment at CASE. This property was only a 5 minute drive from CASE and situated in a quiet neighborhood, so it was exactly what we needed: easy to/from the vet and lots of room for walks. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

Hey Matthew. Glad you and your pup enjoyed your stay. Hope your pup has a speedy recovery. -Susan
My twin sister and I met in Denver and shuttled to Boulder for a weekend getaway for our 49th birthday! This house was perfect- great location, super comfy and well appointed, Susan didn’t miss a detail. Loved the Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Boulder is super walker friendly, we didn’t rent a car and walked and biked everywhere. As icing on the cake, we had a perfect weather weekend with 60s and sunny during the day. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!
This quaint home is in a great area in Boulder--very close to Pearl street, but far enough away so you are not bothered by traffic noise. We were in the area for a family wedding and stayed 4 nights. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance if weather is nice, or a short drive. The house is an adorable older home that has been nicely updated. My husband, two adult daughters and I were all comfortable. We met our host, Susan, and she is so nice. I would definitely consider staying here again.
We enjoyed our stay in Boulder! The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of old trees. There are porches on both the first and second floor that are great for relaxing. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Pearl Street, or you can walk up the hill to see a view of the mountains. The kitchen is updated and has everything you need. We appreciated the chocolate and the energy bars! Our host was very welcoming and helpful with ideas for walking.
It's my first time in Boulder. I needed to rent a house for 4 adults and a dog...and this place did not disappoint! The home has everything you need/expect for a week-long rental. The location is perfect. The homeowner is very responsive and even went out of her way to have a guitar available for some front porch strumming & relaxing. One last note...the view of the flat irons from the porch and balcony are awesome. You will not regret staying at this wonderful home.

Cute and cozy, amazing location
This little house is in the cutest neighborhood in Boulder and just blocks from all of the hot spots of pearl street. The house is beautiful and perfect for a couple to get away for a weekend.
I was born and raised in Ohio, and I lived in New York City for over 30 years. While NYC is undeniably more vibrant, Boulder has a distinctive NYC-like atmosphere. It offers numerous outstanding restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries, all without the constant hustle, traffic noise, and pollution. Boulder boasts an impressive 150+ miles of trails, 60 parks, music venues, and is incredibly bike and pet-friendly. Most places can be easily reached on foot, by bike, or using a scooter.
Why they chose this property
The Bluff Mansion is located in Whittier. Whittier is a fantastic neighborhood with a unique blend of older single-family homes and housing for students. It's a dream for anyone who loves to walk around.
Right next to Pearl Street, you can easily understand why the early settlers chose to build their homes here. The streets are lined with beautiful trees, and there's an inviting, friendly vibe that harks back to a different era. Whittier was actually established back in 1859, and many houses in the area have historic designations.
What makes Whittier stand out are the fascinating architectural details. You'll find curved windows, sloping rooftops, and stone facades at every turn. And don't forget the neighborhood's quirky artistic touches like unique yard sculptures, hand-carved gargoyles, and vibrant house colors that add loads of character and charm.
Being so close to Downtown Boulder means you can easily walk to all the amazing things Pearl Street has to offer. Whether you're in the mood for shopping, sipping tea at the Dushanbe Tea House, or catching a show at the Boulder Theater, you'll love the pedestrian-friendly lifestyle of the Whittier neighborhood. There are plenty of bike lanes around, and the Farmer's Market is a stone's throw away.
Oh, and did you know that the famous Mork & Mindy house is right here in Whittier? It's the Victorian home at 1619 Pine Street. Plus, there's a weekly Thursday night cruiser ride that parades down Spruce, with people decked out in all sorts of costumes. It's a blast!
What makes this property unique
This charming Victorian home, over a century old, has undergone a stunning renovation that blends vintage and modern aesthetics. Recent upgrades include a freshly landscaped front and backyard with a pergola and waterfall.
The living room is designed for relaxation and functionality, featuring a cozy sectional sofa, a vintage upholstered chair, a smart TV, and Apple TV for your entertainment needs. Adjacent to the living area, you'll discover a well-appointed desk and office space, complete with guests raving about the lightning-fast Wi-Fi.
