Welcome to the Bermuda House in Destin! Walk through the front door and you know you're on vacation. Destin Vacation Rental very close to the beach! Extensive renovations including all new tile throughout the house (No Carpet!), new lighting throughout, updated kitchen and lighter colored paint throughout. Granite counters in kitchen & baths. Separate tiled shower in big master bathroom. 5BR/3BA Sleeps up to 14! Come Stay in Bermuda in Emerald Shores! This is a nicely updated five bedroom, three bath Florida Vacation Cottage close to the beach and pool! Flatscreen TVs! Enjoy the 55 inch LCD TV in the living room. Great place to watch the game or a movie! Can be seen from the dining room! Kick back, kick you shoes off and enjoy your favorite team or movie! Open floor plan with plenty of room! Bedroom on the main floor. The first floor also has a full bath with a shower and a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer and 2nd full size refrigerator! Also has a beverage cooler in the main living area for added convenience!

The master suite is on the 2nd floor with a king bed and huge bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower. There are 3 other bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom. 2 bedrooms have a private access to the 2nd floor balcony! You'll find a King bed, 3 queens, and 2 sets of bunk beds (doubles on the bottom and singles on the top)! 14 people can sleep on beds!

The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open to each other and spacious! The fully stocked kitchen has a big breakfast bar with four bar stools. There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom.

Short walk to the sugary white beach and just a quick minute to the pool!

Bermuda also has FREE broadband wireless internet access! You'll have access to a private beach with pavillion and restrooms, two pools, a tennis court, , basketball, all a part of Emerald Shores! The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise'! The Destin area is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.

Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes twice to three times a year, event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why! Water sports, golf, tennis, and other activities are all very close too!

Great location great house.

We had a great stay. I brought 4 18 year old boys for their senior trip after graduation. They loved the house and it was an easy walk to the beach each day and short drive to all the activities in the area.

The Bermuda House

We had everything we needed for a great vacation. Having the pool so close was really convenient. Since we took our dogs all the dog waste stations were also a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. We love coming to Destin and this was a great spot to be in.

We had a lovely stay. Everything is very close. The pool, the beach, etc… Unfortunately the tennis courts are in need of repair and didn’t have a net but we just drove to a nearby park. Garland was thoughtful and prompt in his communication.

What a week we had! This property was perfect for our group of 14. The location of the gated community was great and we were close to everything. It was so nice to be able to walk about 100 feet to get to the pool and have a short walk to the beach everyday.The owner/renter was so pleasant to work with, and assisted us with anything that we needed!We had such a great time that we are already discussing a trip back to this same place next year!!Highly recommend this property for any Destin trip you are planning!!

Beautiful community. They provide shuttle service to the beach. The pool is a few steps away. The house is very nice. Plenty of space for our group od twelve. The owner was super nice and responded right away when we contacted him. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation!

Being the family!

This house is perfect for a large family gathering! We had 11 adults and three children and we all had our own space and didn’t feel cramped. We had everything we needed to enjoy the week, and the host was gracious enough to accommodate our request for a Christmas tree since we had children with us. The pool is very close and the beach was just a short walk. We enjoyed every minute of it!

The house was very spacious. There were 11 total- 5 adults and 6 children. We had plenty of room for every one to have a bed. The pool was convenient. The beach was an easy walk or the was a golf cart that ran all day that could take you to the beach for a tip. We would definitely stay here again.

FANTASTIC!!

We can’t say enough great things about this home! We spent a week (7 adults, 3 kids, & a dog) and everything was perfect. The home had everything we needed and the location is a super quick walk to the beach. Mr. Rowland was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed, and even followed up after we left to ask for any recommendations on property improvements. This should definitely make your list if you’re planning to travel to the Miramar/ Destin area!

My beautiful wife Gretel and I (Garland) have been married for over 37 years. We lived in Franklin Tennessee most of our lives. We have been coming to Destin every year since before we were even married. We even honeymooned here in 1984. In 2017 we decided to take the plunge and move to Destin. We quit our jobs and headed south. My desire is ministry working with families and my bride is continuing her career as a NP. We purchased the Bermuda House in 2011 and have not regretted it one second. We are excited to be here and love meeting all those that come and visit our home! See you soon!,

Why they chose this property

This property is awesome! Very spacious. Large open main living area where no one gets left out. You can cook and entertain at the same time! It has five large bedrooms with TVs so you can get away and relax while others mingle. Spacious front porch with a light a fan to relax and smell the salt water breeze! Also has a balcony on the second floor with access from two bedrooms upstairs, great for reading or just relaxing. The master bathroom is very large and has a separate whirlpool and shower for your time to clean up or just relax. We have all tile floors so easy clean up, so dog friendly and kid friendly!, we have two refrigerators and a beverage cooler, and large walk in pantry. Ceiling fans in almost all the rooms. Very close to the pool, literally at the entrance to the cul-de-sac. The beach and pavilion with restrooms is just a 5 min walk. Beach service is available during peak seasons. We like to keep our updated and have remodeled the entire home. Granite countertops throughout, fresh soothing paint colors and great lighting throughout. We have a large washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

Great spacious open concept for family enjoyment with 55ln TV. Very close to pool and beach. 5 bedrooms with TVs, 2 have balcony access. Very bright and open. There are four restaurants and groceries within walking distance.
