BLESSING BY THE SEA is one of the newest homes in Emerald Shores, it is also newly-renovated. This is a Caribbean themed three-story luxury vacation home located approximately 2 minute walk to the beach and is only three houses away from the main neighborhood pool within the EMERALD SHORES subdivision, a gated beach ownership community! EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service and it's very own Cabana Cafe' beachside. (No more walking the little ones back to the house for potty breaks!!!) It's available at the EMERALD SHORES beach pavilion!

The home has a spacious 3000 square feet with which to spoil yourself and overflows with upgrades including sectional sofa with FIVE recliners, granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances, 10 ft. crown molding ceilings, tile and hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, tile shower throughout, 82” UHD smart tv in living room & 55" smart tv in game room in addition to large flat screens in each bedroom, a game room on the third floor and more. BLESSING BY THE SEA, features five bedrooms with a luxurious Master Suite, The 3rd bedroom on the second level is a bunk bed extravaganza (2 bunk twins/full sleeps 6 kids). The ample room in this home is a great set-up for three families with the 3rd floor game room providing a private TV, foosball table and play area for the kids or it can be used as a 6th bedroom utilizing the two full-size sleeper sofas.

Balconies, porches, decks and patios give you ample room to lounge around in a tropical paradise. French doors open up to soak in the tropical Gulf breezes. The home is located on the first beach street cul-de-sac in the neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach, the large heated community pool, onsite tennis and basketball courts or restaurants. BLESSING BY THE SEA provides complimentary WIFI high-speed Internet access. An array of amenities is at your doorstep. Several Gulf-Front Seafood Restaurants are even within walking distance of the home.

This home was absolutely perfect for my family. It was a very short walk to the ocean as well as the pool. The property was clean and the host was excellent at communicating with us. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful neighborhood

We loved our stay here! Our family of 15 came to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and we loved everything about this property! Short walk to the beach and the pool, Dollar General right next door, all the beach toys one could ever need and fabulous coffee shop down the road (Causeway Coffee)! It is very quiet with easy access to everything you'll need!

Large property well designed for multiple families. Best equipped kitchen I've seen. Close and easy access to the beach. Closed access to the complex restricting traffic making it safer for kids and just walking around.

Incredible hosts and home!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this home immensely. In my opinion, the best part was the thorough and quick communication with the host; however, the whole stay was fantastic. With nine kids and two adults, this home gave us plenty of space and had great accommodations... only a few minutes walking to the beach! I highly recommend this property.

Soooo much fun!

This spacious and beautiful house is perfectly located in a gated community across the street from the beach. Everything was better than described! Our group of 10 had the space to spread out. The kids had a blast-thank you for the beach toys and the wagon- and the adults loved sitting around shooting the breeze in the evenings in the living room and on the patio. Bathrooms at the beach were such a plus for our family. We would stay here, again.

Very family friendly

Lots of space! There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or if you wanted to get away for a nap there was plenty of places to escape the group. The neighborhood was awesome. The beach was a short walk and beautiful. The heated pool came in handy as we were there in early spring and some pretty chilly days. My only complaint is the cookware for stovetop cooking needs replacement. The owner of the home was very helpful when I had questions. Lovely place!!

AWESOME HOUSE and OWNER!!

Blessing by the Sea is a wonderful house with all of the comforts of home with many extras that most vacation homes do not offer. As soon as our group walked into the house, everyone commented that the pictures online do not do it the justice it deserves. We loved it! The big couch in den was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. TVs were a big hit. Jackie is amazing to work with and was very accommodating to our group. Many wonderful memories were made and we hope to return there in the future.

Carpets were dirty dirty. kitchen was a chaotic mess/ no organization. There were plenty of dishes & pans etc but just thrown haphazard into cabinets. Really need some new out door furniture/chairs were lobsided & outdoor table was in dire need of some sanding & spray paint. Nice beach wagon. Sheets & pillows desperate for a change. We have always liked this location but this place is really needing some tlc. We had to clean the grill before using because it was a mess. I know there is a fee if you don't clean the grill but I guess the person coming in after that has to clean it doesn't get it!! We have stayed here previously but nothing has been updated or changed.

Was a great location to stay in with plenty of room. Close to everything you need. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Needed trailer parking and she arranged everything. Everything went very well. We had a great time!

Family get together for wedding.

A beautiful home! We had a great time and even though we had a busy schedule with the wedding we still had a wonderful trip to the beach. Jackie was a great host. If ever we need a large place again would definitely try to book this again.

Home Base for Golf Trip

We REALLY enjoyed our stay in this super house. It fit exactly what we needed and wanted. Great Heat-A/C control, comfy beds and pillows, fluffy towels, kitchen with everything, two refrigerators, close to everything, big grill, I could go on. What a great find!

Jason & Jackie both grew up in North Georgia. They just celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary. Jason & Jackie love The Lord, love their family, church family, and both own their own business. Jason is a commercial & residential general contractor while Jackie is a stay-at-home mom and photographer. They have been blessed with three children. Jace (14 years old) loves to play basketball, travel baseball and hunting with his Daddy! Carly & Claire, the twins (12 years old), enjoy playing basketball, swimming, cross country and playing with their friends!

Why they chose this property

Jason had grown up going to Destin each year with his family as a young boy through adulthood. Lord willing, he is continuing the family tradition! Jason & Jackie had been searching & praying for "THE" beach home quite seriously for the last couple years. Some of their church friends highly recommended buying a home in Emerald Shores (they also own a home in Emerald Shores too). Jackie and her children came down to Emerald Shores with her family, Memorial Day weekend of 2015. They all fell in love with neighborhood. They looked at a couple of homes for sale and let's just say the rest is history! The Lord has blessed them immeasurably with this home "BLESSING BY THE SEA!" Jason and Jackie are still in AWE! They can't wait to share their BLESSING with YOUR FAMILY!

What makes this property unique

Besides the crystal clear water and sugary sandy white beaches, the BATHROOMS with PRIVATE deeded beach access sold them on this neighborhood! They love being tucked away in their spacious and cozy BLESSING BY THE SEA on the 1st beach street! The neighbors are AWESOME too!
