The full bath is upstairs between the two bedrooms. The condo was completed renovated in 2018: New floors, new bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, new hot water heater, paint and carpet. Walkable to restaurants, gas stations and pontoon rental. Short Uber/lyft ride to downtown Hendersonville and Nashville. Quiet, charming and safe complex with ample parking and access to a pool! Cable and internet in the unit.

Cozy condo

First and foremost, Robin was a fantastic host. Very responsive and always took the time to check-in on us. Cozy little condo that has great water views. We very much enjoyed the daily views of the sunrises over the marina. Great location that is easily accessible to parks, restaurants, etc.

Why they chose this property

Due to Hendersonville's short-term rental laws, I can only rent out the space for 28 or more days at once.

It's a great place for corporate stays or mere lake enthusiasts. Restaurants/bars, a gas station and pontoon rentals are within walking distance. If the lake isn't your thing, there is a pool in the condo complex.

Nashville is a short drive or lyft away.
