The property was great and so were the hosts. We loved sitting outside in the morning with our coffee and listening to the birds. Taking an Uber into town really was nice.

The house and entire space was just absolutely lovely. It was the perfect space for our family to have some space and still be close to Nashville for our vacation. David and Janice are both wonderful people and so kind. Seeing the cows and chickens every day was super fun, too!

We absolutely loved our stay at David’s sweet place. We stayed for a month while visiting family, and will definitely be returning. We had coffee every morning on the shady front porch overlooking the field and enjoyed watching the deer. The location is just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville, yet still an easy 15-20 minute drive to East Nashville’s great restaurants. There’s a great park just a mile down the road to walk and ride bikes.

Such a cute place/was perfect for our trip and only a 15-20min Uber to downtown action. Quiet mornings visiting the ducks and chickens, sitting on the deck and even some deer in the field.
