This cabin was awesome! Loved the history of it…it evoked nostalgic memories from my childhood growing up around log cabins. This was the perfect place to relax and recharge!
Went to see the Dolly musical, so this was an absolutely perfect “TN mountain home”! Legit size coffee pot (which was amazing) toiletries etc .everything you need. There was a seclusion feeling and we had a lovely time sitting under the shade trees in the back. Wonderful accommodations!!
This incredible piece of historyay not be right for someone that wants access to room service and additional amenities, but if you're looking for a rustic, nature-filled experience, THIS IS IT!!! There are deer, many beautiful birds, butterflies, etc. The cabin is immaculate and has everything you need for a great experience. I marvel that it was built in 1790! If I'm lucky enough, maybe I'll get to stay again sometime.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
It was great. My wife and spent 4 days there and it was beautiful. It was close enough to enjoy Nashville but far enough away to be quiet and romantic.
Pros: Quaint and clean place, most necessary items provided, good communication with host.Cons: Road traffic noise (but not major), having to climb to mini fridge, freezer portion needs defrosted, bed extra firm, dusty games, no decaf coffee, entry door needs to be shaved at bottom so it doesn't get stuck when opening.
Perfect spot for a weekend away. Quiet and relaxed. Cabin had all we needed for minimal cooking and eating in, but plenty of great eat out options nearby as well. So charming and took us back in time. Would definitely stay here again, cool to check it out in fall or winter, too.
Very nice and beautiful place. Amanda the owner greeted us very nice and helpful. Told us about a place to swim that was very nice park not to far of a drive. If ever get back that way would most definitely stay there again. And the bell works..
Exactly as stated, old cabin with modern touches. Short walk to the creek. No road or traffic noise when inside the cabin. I would stay here again definitely!
Nice lil place to stay Summer or Winter. The cabin even has a sho-nuff real fireplace too. Oh, it woukd be great to stay there during a winter storm. The shower water was nice n' hot and the bed was clean, comfy, and cozy.
We were visiting family in Hendersonville. This cottage was perfect!! We were able to stay in a historic building and enjoy the charming atmosphere and we were only minutes away from the family. The cottage has an assortment of Hanes and plenty of fluffy towels and was just charming!!
We had a great time staying here for a couple days. It was quiet and relaxing. Very clean inside and comfortable.

Hi friends,
My name is Amanda. I’m a true southern spirit. I love good food and hanging with family and friends. My hobbies include working out, cooking and pretty much anything craft or creative. I love to entertain and host. My home is your home is my motto.
Why they chose this property
I created this space, so that you could escape the hustle of life. It’s so easy to overfill our calendars and generally we load them down with great & exciting things. Kids sport events, work, birthdays, cookouts, etc. Here at The Cabin @ 934 we want you to come unplug and reconnect with the ones you bring. Enjoy some coffee and a good conversation. There is plenty to explore near by, but at the end of the day we have created a space for you to rest. Truly rest. Take in the creek at the back of the property. Bird watch. Experience the nature around. Read a book. Play a game. Sit in silence. We have come to love how this home forces us to stop & slow down. To be present. To enjoy the simple & beautiful things in life.
What makes this property unique
5 acre as of green grass, lots of animal life at dusk and dawn. A beautiful creek in the back. Where to can take in a picnic, read, listen to music. Slow down.
