Crisp, clean decor and furnishings bring upscale quality to each well-considered detail. Specialty linens, towels, bathroom amenities, and robes enhance every aspect of your stay. Apartment-style kitchen with coffee maker, beverage cooler, microwave, and two-burner electric stove top. Flat screen TV and queen bed complete the living area, along with full-length mirror and barn-door detailing. Enjoy the tree-house feel of the shaded, private balcony, as you sip wine and anticipate the next day's adventure.

Paso Park Suites offer the only downtown balcony living overlooking the town square. This is one of four distinctive units "on the park" in charming downtown Paso Robles, with all that downtown has to offer right outside the front door. Descend by elevator or stairs to restaurants, boutique shops, wine-tasting rooms, brew pubs, movie theater, concerts in the park, and so much more. Digital sound system on site, ready for you to hook up to your personal playlists. Ice maker and laundry area available to all guests. On-street parking only, no assigned parking. Single elevator onsite. In case of maintenance issue, use of stairs may be required.

This was our second time staying at this property. Location is excellent if you want to be downtown around all the restaurants, boutiques and tasting rooms. Always our first choice when visiting Paso as a couple looking for a getaway. Very easy to use app for access and instructions. Highly recommend - will be back again!

Great Location Downtown Paso

Really cool place with old style brick wall, nice kitchenette, and balcony over looking the park. Great location where you want to be downtown walking distance to all the good Restuarants. Only issue for us was the bed was a full not a Queen and we are use to a King.

Great location, comfortable place, great hosts

We flew in before check in time and the hosts did everything they could to make us comfortable with bags and no car before check in. We really appreciated it. The location is amazing… super walkable to many of the best places to eat and drink. The place is comfortable and although it was a little noisy on Friday night, we did not expect it to be as quiet as it was. Paso is a tame town!

A beautiful place, but I got the wrong apartment

Reviewer Comments: When I called to reserve the place six months ago or more, I asked for the best place with the best view and the person I spoke with said oh they’re all beautiful and they have all unique views. Well, that’s not true. Each place has either no view of the park or two decks of the park or one deck of the park with a big tree in front of it so you don’t have a view of the park and it’s obstructed and a much smaller space. since I was one of the first to book, I got an obstructed view with one Terrace and a very small apartment I suggested to a couple that they reserve there too, and they got a substantially larger apartment with two terraces that overlooked the park with an unobstructed view. I was very dissatisfied when I saw their apartment versus mine, and I didn’t understand why that happened. Although mine was a pretty apartment if I booked before they did why would I not get a beautiful space like they did didn’t make sense overall get apartment 204 that is the best.

Nice Place! Love PAOS!

The property was great, fantastic location too! Loved having one code for the door, laundry area and stairway door! Loved the large shower too. The noise from the restaurant is a bit of an issue, as mentioned in other reviews. Was thankful for the ear plugs that were provided. Just know Fridays and Saturday nights will be a bit noisy.

It doesn't get any better than this!!

This loft was literally in the best location in Paso! I have stayed in alot of different places in my life, and this was the cleanest one by far! Everything in the inside seemed so fresh and new. The welcome screen when you walk in was a perfect touch, the sound machine by the bed, the big closet, balcony, etc. I could go on and on. For being on the main street, we had zero problem with noise and the building was so well maintained. Will FOR SURE stay again!!
