This is a charming property, close to numerous amenities, close to the fairgrounds. Super clean. It was everything they described and Moore. We will definitely stay there if we come back into town!
We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable, and close to everything we planned on doing. Nice to have walking distance to places to eat, and short drive to the coast. Very close to the wedding we attended, worked out perfect for us
The place was perfect for 4-adults. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, easy check in/out process, and the location was perfect! Walking distance to everything. We would stay again.
We had a wonderful stay in Paso Robles. We have stayed at this condo before and it is our favorite place to stay in Paso Robles. It is clean, decorated beautifully, and has all the amenities we would want to have. It is located a short walk from downtown, close to everything. We will definitely be back!
We loved our stay. We were greeted with a welcome treat. Access was easy, response from homeowner was fast. Lovely layout for two couples. Easy 8 minute walk to the downtown square. Nice neighborhood, yummy coffee and tea bags. Shampoo and condition available. Room curtains kept the room pretty dark at night. We would stay again.
The home was welcoming and the perfect size for two couples. The location is near downtown so we were able to walk to dinners and shopping,
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need.
We would return when visiting again.
We had a great stay. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown shops. The place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. A small issue with air-conditioning not working the first day we arrived, but it was fixed by the next morning for us which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.
This was a perfect spot that made it easy for us to walk anywhere we wanted to go in Paso Robles. The place was beautiful and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Paso in the future.
We loved staying at this property! It was immaculately clean, well stocked and organized with necessities and a few extras, walking distance to downtown restaurants, and beds were comfortable! We loved the bottle of wine chilling in the fridge when we arrived. The outside balcony was nice for after dinner drinks or breakfast. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
When we walked in we had good impression, overall our stay was a pleasant one. There was a note in the kitchen welcoming us to the home and letting us know there was a bottle of wine in fridge chilling for us. A nice touch. We did have an issue with the TV and internet not working. When I reached out to owner to see if they could help, the response I got was "sorry in the middle of a dinner party"Nothing else until the following morning when were were getting ready to check out asking if it ever came back up. Not great customer service. We were already checking out. Additionally, when we arrived there was a person cleaning as she was leaving, said she was going to refill our sugar for coffee the following morning as there was none. We left for dinner that night and figured she would drop it off while we were out. When we got back to the house nothing had been dropped off. When we left to go out for lunch the following day, we saw the sugar placed on top of the table outside the door. No text, knock or message letting us know. It would have been nice to have been notified of where it was placed at so we could have enjoyed a cup of coffee with sugar. The house was clean and picked up. However, we did notice a black napkin under the coffee table, which was not ours, probably from the previous guest, and a capsule of some sort of medication under one of the chairs. Thank goodness we were not traveling with small kids. Overall, I'd say it was a nice place.

About the host

We are longtime Roblans who manage this rental for our Mother-in-law. We have a vacation home in Idaho and people ask us if we will retire there. Our answer is NO, we will stay here in Paso Robles and just visit other places a little more often. You won't find two people who love their town more than we do.
Why they chose this property
The location of this rental is wonderful. We are so close to the downtown yet far enough away to not hear activities if we choose.
What makes this property unique
The two block walk to the beginning of the downtown with all the incredible restaurants makes Suite 16th the ideal location.
