There is a special place for spending vacation with your couple or family just next to the sea with private garden and BBQ place. Fully equipped modern apartment (dishwasher, washing machine, iron etc.) is few minutes away from to the beach Cau del LLop and a large amount of creeks situated along the “Camino de Ronda” a 4 km path which stretches along the coast, it s perfect for a pleasant promenade.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, there are only two neighbors, it is a cozy apartment of 65 m2. living area with capacity for 5 people. There is a private garden of 80 m2 ,. on two levels with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture (tables, chairs, chaise lounges) Direct access to the "Camino de Ronda"
All this offers comfort and convenience.
- Private parking for one car.
- Pets are allowed.
- Rentals always from Saturday to Saturday
- Bed linen and towels are optional (15€/person)
- Wifi is free.
- Air conditioning and heating: The price includes 80kWh/week of electricity usage. To use it, and to incentivise responsible and sustainable Energy consumption, we ask for a deposit of 20€/week at the beginning of the stay. In case the consumption surpasses the included 80kWh/week, we will charge the difference at a rate of 0.67€/kWh. You can choose whether to use it or not at the moment of arrival.
