Our housekeepers will keep the house Immaculately clean to ensure that your stay is comfortable, relaxing and care-free.
The villa also boasts a heated pool, ideal for swimming and lounging in any season.
To ensure your utmost privacy and safety, the community and its amenities are exclusive only to registered guests guarded by an access gate and 24/7 security personnel.
Guests will have access to a private beach club with its own swimming pool and dining area, the beach is equipped with cabanas, tables and chairs, perfect for a fun-filled day in the sun.
Manzanillo offers an array of water and land activities. For golf enthusiasts, several championship golf courses are in the nearby area.

Beautiful!
We were treated like royalty at this beautiful home, first time in Manzanillo and we were not disappointed. This upscale gated communityoffers stunning views, beautiful grounds, very impressive architecture, has its own beach club and tennis courts, several championship golf courses located nearby.The villa has everything you would expect from a world class resort, Juanita our cook prepared the most delicious dishes, Norma kept the house impeccably cleaned, we were so spoiled, half of the price of what you would expect to pay at other popular beach destinations, we know now why La Punta Community is called “The best kept secret in Mexico” It was a short stay but enjoyed every minute, we will be back in December with our entire family for our yearly Holiday trip.
