Nice Place

It is a small place, the listing is accurate. Like another review says it is a bit of a walk to Villefranche and the train station. But the walk to the beach is short and you can walk the beach to the train station. It's a nice walk.

Apartment in lovely garden

Apartment is as advertised. It is secure and in pretty setting. Everything you need as if at home. Walking distance to beach or swim in their lovely pool. We had enjoyable relaxing time.

Good but not great

I generally enjoyed my stay, but there were a couple of issues. First, the good: - The property is very nice. It's in a good location but you're a little ways from Nice so keep that in mind if you plan to be there a lot. The pool is nice and there's a little cafe. - Parking is good and gated. - The owner was easy to deal with and I had no problems checking in and out and they were accommodating when I showed up a little early. - The unit is very small but generally as described. Now, the bad, which are really two things: - The shower is minuscule, to the point that it was difficult to use. The first time I used it, I flooded the bathroom because it's so hard to get in and out or turn around in it. It's not totally unusable, but keep that in mind. - The second thing was that there were tons of ants in the apartment and they never went away. I asked the manager about this and they brought ant traps but those did basically nothing. In general, I enjoyed my stay but probably would not book this particular unit again.

Petit appartement, travaux à prévoir

L'appartement est petit mais bien équipé au niveau de la cusine. Le logement est à la limite de Beaulieu et Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, à 5 min à pieds de la plage (galets) via un escalier. Il faut être bon marcheur ou prendre régulièrement la voiture (avec les difficultés de stationnement) ou le bus. Pour les petites courses (boulangerie, marché, etc), tous les magasins sont à l'opposé de Villfranche ou il faut aller à Beaulieu (5 min minimum en voiture). Parking sécurisé. Résidence calme dans l'ensemble (selon arrivées). Toutefois, il est précisé logement pour 4 personnes mais il n'est pas adapté pour 4 adultes. Pour moi, il faut limiter à 2 adultes et 1 enfant en bas âges au maximum. Il y a très peu de rangement pour nos effets personnels. Nous le déconseillons également aux personnes ayant des problèmes de jambes vu le nombre de chutes evitées de justesse avec la hauteur du pas de porte de la baie vitrée (2 personnes âgées avec nous). Nous avions choisi un rez de jardin pour éviter les marches. Des travaux sont à prevoir car le logement est très humide. Il y a de la moisissure sur la porte de la salle de bain, dans le placard de la chambre et sur certains équipement de cusine. Les absorbeurs d'humidité et diffuseurs de parfum ne sont pas suffisants. Il est envahi de fourmis (malgré les produits mis en place). Une partie de la terrasse est à sécuriser également.

Bonjour Guillaume, Merci pour ces commentaires. La peinture de tout l'appartement a été refaite avant votre arrivée car il y a un un très mauvais temps exceptionnel quelques temps avant sur toute la région et cela avait un peu affecté le logement. Après votre départ nous avons de nouveau refait la peinture pour définitivement éliminer les traces d'humidité .Nous sommes désolés pour cette gène indépendante de notre volonté.

Un très bon accueil de a part de Mégane ,la Résidence agréable bien arboré, le studio est petit pour trois personnes, aurait besoin de quelques réfection dans la salle de très étroite et ou il faut revoir la robinetterie et le volet pas très stable, la piscine très agréable plus de 1.80m de profondeur bouée obligatoire pour les enfants et personnes qui ne savent pas nager plage a proximité de la résidence centre ville éloigné ma note 3/5

A wonderful week in a wonderful place...

The apartment itself is relatively small and basic, but it had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. It was good to have cooking facilities and the patio area for eating and drinking outside. The pool is one of the nicest I have swum in and the grounds were immaculate. It was ideally placed for trips to Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat. The trains are so easy to use too. All in all, a wonderful place to stay
