Decorated with the true Clemson fans in mind, you will love staying in this quieter neighborhood just .5 from downtown Clemson. One Queen pillow top and 2 twin beds await you and the college students or professors in mind. Master bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.
The den with sofa, and chair is ready for viewing ESPN or movies on a 50" flat screen TV. Free linens, WiFi and water are included in your rental fees.
Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and all you need for your stay. Hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided so you can leave yours at home.
On-site facilities include a pool and grill area. Plenty of free parking on site. Uber is widely available in Clemson, so you can choose to walk or Uber to the Esso (1.5 miles) or the stadium (2.0 miles) and leave your car safely parked at the condo.

Why they chose this property
We loved this condo at first sight. It's close to campus, (but not too close) in a quiet neighborhood and great to get in and out of from the parking area. We have wonderful neighbors around us.
What makes this property unique
This condo is an end unit, no one is above you or below and I love that I can see the pool area and parking from the upstairs balcony.
