Farm style cottage in Clemson feels like home away from home! Sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably and PLENTY of parking for larger groups (4 cars max. unless you discuss with me ahead of your booking). Designed for total comfort. Only 1.5 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium and 1 mile from Clemson University! All rooms have smart TVs, and each bed has a memory foam mattress. Full kitchen with everything you could need/want. 40 minutes to Greenville, SC for a great day trip! This home is perfect for a family touring Clemson University for their child, or parents coming to see their child at school!

You will love the convenience to Clemson University (1 mile), Downtown Clemson (1.5 miles) , Lake Hartwell (1 mile), Lake Keowee (7 miles), and Lake Jocassee (25 miles).

Our stay at the Clemson Farmhouse was great. The house was cleans and had a perfect set up for us and our two teenage children. We were there to visit Clemson University and the house was a perfect location. The host was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing house

This was an amazing house. We were there for 1 night too attend a graduation. It was so close to clemson university and great restaurants. It was super clean and the beds were very comfy. The check in and out process was also super easy.

We stayed one night in this quaint farmhouse. The entire home was well-decorated, clean and comfortable. We were initially concerned because of the proximity to a fairly busy road, but we barely heard noise from it. The owners also provide white noise machines for each bedroom for those who might need it. The check in and out process was easy, and the owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. It is a very short drive from the Clemson campus and would be perfect for anyone who would be visiting there.

There is a lot to like about this little house. It’s close to the campus/town. It’s big enough for a small family. It is quiet. It would be excellent if outlets in the master would hold a plug. Unfortunately all three outlets would not keep the plug for any of our electrical items. I.e, phone chargers, blow dryer and so forth (they may need to be changed out). The master bath shower sprays water in an upwards direction causing the ceiling to get wet, it’s difficult to dry since it’s hard to reach. The house says sleeps 6, we are a party of 4 and the living room was difficult as there is just a couch and a vintage seat. The driveway to the house is incredibly steep and narrow. More difficulty was added on trash day as the can was at the entrance and took away space from the narrow steep drive. The drive is just off a busy road, the city must not clean the foliage back making it difficult to turn onto, with confidence there was no vehicle incoming. The speed to this road was 45mph. Again, it’s cute, tiny and perfect for a small family.

The Farmhouse was very cozy and inviting. The host was very kind and made sure we had all the information we needed prior to our arrival. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We we definitely be staying at The Clemson Farmhouse when we visit Clemson next.

I graduated from Clemson University in 2018 and made the best decision of my life only 5 months later...I purchase The CF! I am very passionate about the farmhouse because it is something I have worked, and continue to work extremely hard on. I am very proud of it and really enjoy knowing that I have provided a true "home away from home" for my guests. I hope you can be one of them soon! :)

Why they chose this property

You should choose to stay at The CF for a multitude of reasons, but the first and most important...IT'S SPARKLING CLEAN. I am seriously an OCD clean freak about this place. I know what I look for and what I notice when I stay in short-term rentals, or even hotels, and I pride myself on having everything spotless for every single reservation. Your 3pm check-in time is usually exactly when I will finish cleaning from starting at 10am.

You should also stay at The CF because we are incredibly convenient to anything and everything in Clemson, only 30-40 minutes from Greenville, 1 mile from Lake Hartwell, about a 15 minute drive to Lake Keowee, and a 30 minute drive to Lake Jocassee. Clemson is extremely convenient to the most incredible mountains, sightseeing, hiking, waterfalls, history, landmarks, etc. in upstate SC. The CF might not be the largest place you could rent, but it's by far going to be the cleanest, most well taken care of, best value, and best memories of you and your friends/family spending time together.

What makes this property unique

We are right next door, so if anything happens that our guests may need us for, we can be there at the drop of a hat. The CF has a lot of amenities that most short-term rentals don't have around here; fire pit, gas grill, views of a huge cow pasture, board games, etc.
