Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Alarm system is not to be used. If activated, you will not have a way to disarm.
House is equipped with security cameras for your security and security of our property. Cameras are not monitored.
Anything that cannot be fit safely in the dishwasher needs to be hand washed and returned to its location. Do not put any items that are not dishwasher safe, in the dishwasher (i.e.: knives)
Put covers back on all outdoor furniture.
Lock up all furniture and dock box on dock.
Turn all thermostats to 58 Heat 82 Cool
Close all blinds.
Put trash bin at curb (end of driveway)
