Gorgeous view

Mr Alberto and his wife had the place ready. Called us to schedule maid service and to add a little touch had a bottle of wine and 5 gallon water jug. Very nice room. Best part the view. The hotel/ residence is well supervised. Very safe.

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service and Great Stay

My stay at Alberto Soto Borja Almeida was absolutely fantastic! I planned a last minute, two week trip over the holidays and the owners were very accommodating. They fulfilled the dates I wished to stay. I was also delayed in arriving at my check in time and they were very understanding and made sure that check in was still available upon my arrival. They were available for anything that I needed my entire stay including the Holidays! Could not have asked for better customer service, a secure feeling, and/or cleanlier rooms. Thank you for the stay, I hope to be back shortly for another stay!

Loved our stay

We had a great week in Cancun at Alberto’s lovely apartment. Alberto was very prompt answering all the questions we had. He was also very attentive to our arrival time to ensure we got into the apartment without any issues. This apartment was perfect for our needs. It has a fabulous seaside view with balcony, access to a perfect beach and pool, there is also a restaurant in the building with really good, fresh food by the pool and beach and a convenience store. We arrived from downtown, the place is easy to find by bus ($20 mxn) or a taxi is around $250 mxn from downtown area. The plaza is located at the south end of the hotel zone and there are a number of good bars/restaurants in walking distance. There is also a bus that can take you to the other side of the hotel zone. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, very clean bathroom and big tv that would fulfil most quality standards. The complex is very safe with 24h security I give the place my highest recommendation and I hope to return there soon!
