Rental for seasonal holidays located on the Costa Brava, in Roses, (65km from Perpignan), apartment for 4 people (30m2), fully equipped, including 1 living room (living room and kitchen area), 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 'water (shower, sink, wc), a large terrace facing south overlooking a green area and the nearby pool, the terrace with a built-in barbecue and pergola.
The rental has a private parking space, located 5 minutes from the center of Roses and 2 km from the beaches, located on the heights of Roses, overlooking the bay with a view of the Cap Creus national park (mountainous part).
The town of Figurés is located 16km away, with the Salvador Dali museum, the latter's birth place, Cadaques, located about 15km (Catalan coastal village).
Many hiking trails nearby. Coastal space and countryside unites .....
