At the center of Porto San Paolo, close to all services and all the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, we propose a new apartment with fine finishes and furnishings in Sardinian style and equipped with all the comforts to spend a quiet holiday.

The scenery and the beauty of the Archipelago of Tavolara, right in front of Porto San Paolo, and the many beaches within a few minutes will allow you to organize your vacation according to your tastes and desires.
The apartment consists of an entrance, 4 + 2 beds, kitchen, large living room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with terrace, 1 bedroom with two single beds (joinable into a double), 1 bathroom with large shower (90x60 ), 2 verandas including 1 separate kitchen with table and chairs for 6 people, private parking.
Included you will find: air conditioning (fee), 32 inch LCD television, satellite TV, DVD player (with USB port + SD reader), dishwasher, washing machine.

Reception with staff on site, assistance during the stay, linen rental to pagemnto, possibility of daily cleaning or midweek for a fee to be agreed directly with the staff on site.

The place was perfect! Great location for local shopping, restaurants, beach etc... The owner even arranged pick up from Olbia airport. The only complaint was no WIFI. Highly recommend. George M

Résidence très propre et bien placée

Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux, la gentillesse du propriétaire et de la personne qui nous as reçu, tous 2 très disponibles et gentils. La maison est bien placée, très bien équipée avec du matériel en très bon état et surtout très propre. Le quartier est sympa, parfois un peu bruyant ( fêtards de la nuit vers 4h du matin et chiens) mais franchement ce n'est pas dérangeant.

Appartement agréable mais disjonction électrique

L'appartement était confortable mais il y a un gros problème électrique. La connaissance de l'emplacement du disjoncteur extérieur est indispensable. L'utilisation du lave-vaisselle ou du lave-linge ne permet plus de mettre en fonctionnement d'autres équipements. Entre 15 et 20 disjonctions en essayant en permanence de gérer les équipements en fonctionnement, un peu galère lorsqu'on est en vacances.

Bonjour, merci pour votre critique et votre signalisation. Nous avons vérifié et il n'y a aucun problème électrique. Le disjoncteur ne saute que si on allume en meme temps beaucoup d'équipement électriques (climatiseur, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, chauffe-bain, etc..). Nous regrettons pour cet inconvénient, surtout parce que vous ne l'avez dit qu'au départ. Si on le savait pendant votre vacance, notre collaborateur vous donnerait des conseils pour éviter ce problème.

Gut eingerichtete saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut. Die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß. Heizung und andere technischen Geräte funktionierten. Leider gab es über SAT-TV nur einen deutschen Sender. Vorsicht, im Gesamtpreis sind Bettwäsche (obwohl als Ausstattung angeführt) und Handtücher nicht enthalten. Auch für die Endreinigung werden relativ hohe Kosten zusätzlich verlangt.

Danke für ihre Rezension. Sie haben Recht über Bettwäsche und Handtücher, weil auf dem FeWo-direkt.de web Site es war nicht korrekt geschrieben. Leider sie hatten von italienische Seite eine falsche Übersetzung gemacht. Wir haben es korrigiert. Deswegen wir bedanken Ihnen denn wir wüsten es nicht.

casa accogliente con tutti i confort

L'appartamento si trova in una stradina laterale nel paese di porto san paolo, è comodamente raggiungibile e di notte è silenzioso. È arredato con gusto e non manca nulla, dispone addirittura di aria condizionata in ogni stanza (visto il periodo noi non l'abbiamo utilizzata). Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglio vivamente. L'unica cosa che mancava, volendo essere estremamente pignoli, era la rete wireless.
