This newly remodeled home is close to the beach, dining and nightlife. It is very clean, private and has everything you need for your beach vacation. The garage stores all the beach gear you need to become one of the locals.

The home includes:
- 5 Bedrooms (1 King master and 1 Queen master)
- 3.5 Bathrooms
- Spacious kitchen
- 12 seat dining area with additional 6 seat table on the patio
- Private washer and dryer
- Cable, WiFi, Smart TV
- Outdoor area with gas grill, patio table and fire pit
- Outdoor shower
- Boogie board, surf board and beach toys
- Cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, beach/park blanket, beach towels, gear wagon
- Baby gear available - pack & play, high chair, single and double stroller, toys as requested

The beach, downtown Encinitas, train station, natural food store, farmer's market (Sundays and Wednesdays) are all a short walk/ride away.

This is a non-smoking property.

You will have access to the entire home, backyard and 2 car garage. There is also free street parking at the end of the driveway.
