Beach Dreams -

'Beach Dreams’ is a lovely five bedroom, three bathroom beach house located in the quiet, gated community of Sunrise Beach. This spacious home comfortably sleeps 13, with one king, two queens, two twins, two twin bunks, and a queen sofa sleeper. Tastefully decorated, this beautiful beach home has already become a family favorite.

The first floor offers a lovely main living area and dining area with easy access to the side porch and pool. Additionally on this level are the kitchen, laundry room and a bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom, with access to the side porch and pool area as well. The master bedroom suite with king bed on the second floor offers views of the waves rolling ashore from its wrap-around porch. Also on the same floor are two additional bedrooms with queen beds in each and a shared bath. The third floor offers an observation room with a twin/full bunk bed and TV.

Relax by the private pool (approximately 17 'x 11') that can be heated at a cost of $50/day during the off-season. The pool is conveniently located just off living/dining area. This great beach house is only about 30 yards to the private beach access and just minutes from numerous dining and shopping amenities. Once you arrive on the shore, enjoy 2 complimentary beach setups (4 chairs / 2 umbrellas) provided seasonally.

Excellent property! The house was very well laid out, the community was quiet, the beach was close.

We had a great stay. Everything was close: beach, restaurants, and shopping. All within walking distance! We will stay here again.

Perfect Location

This is our second time staying in the gated community and absolutely love it! House was spacious and perfect. Only suggestion I have is to bring your own pillows but other than that everything u need is right there or can be delivered!

Beach Dreams house was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and updated. It had easy beach access and was within walking distance to a few restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be staying there again. It was the perfect stay after Christmas.

Week long stay with college friends

Beach Dreams is an excellent place for a large family or even a couple of families. Everything you need to create new memories. One of the best beach areas in the United States as well as a pool to enjoy as well. Ocean Reef manages and makes it easy !!

We Loved this property!!!

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our family! The walk to the beach access wasn’t very far at all! No crowds on the beach, made for enjoyable beach days! The water and beach was pristine, and we enjoyed seeing ocean life while we played in the water! Fun, foods and amenities were within driving distance! Communication with the property management was quick and courteous! We highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful Beach Homr

We loved Beach Dreams. The location can’t be beat. Separated by the beach by the dunes and such easy beach access. It was a 4 minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach. Everyday we had chair set up on the beach so you didn’t even need to carry anything but your towel. The home had so many great sleeping areas and balconies off every room. The private pool was a great bonus for the kids and the adults enjoyed it as well. We would definitely return! There were a couple of problems with the door and the pool, but Ocean Reef was very responsive and got them fixed quickly. We loved our two weeks at the beach!

Beach dreaming

House was nicely furnished and close to beach. There were several kitchen items we had to buy that should normally be in a kitchen. The house was clean but all the porches and pool deck needed cleaning. We had plenty of room and enjoyed staying at Beach Dream.
